Nice house and two masters are great! The pool and back yard is great - the pool is not deep and is smaller than pictured but still awesome. The house was very clean. The maintenance is a bit lacking - fans out of balance and/or not working. The hot water heater was rusted out and not working on our first day - the owner was super responsive though and it was replaced on Easter Sunday which was awesome quick (though it took the better part of the day so we had to hang around to wait for the repair). Overall a great house - a bit overpriced but probably due to spring break,. The owner/rep was super responsive and great to deal with !
This was an absolutely first-class experience at a first-class property, and just what we needed for a family getaway during our spring break. The house is tucked away in a quiet sub-division, but convenient to all of the amenities you need in terms of dining, shopping, hiking, etc. The views from the property are stunning and you could spend an entire week there without leaving the house between the pool, basketball court, pool table, cornhole, sonos, etc. Would definitely stay again and invite friends/family to join us next time -- house has plenty of space.

Our first air bnb experience and Mark made it all a breeze. Pictures were accurate and check in and check out were both smooth and easy. Close proximity to everything we wanted to see and do in Old Town Scottsdale and the pool and pool table were great respite for recharging. Don’t hesitate to book Mark’s place!
WOW. Location Location Location! This place was spectacular. The house was very clean and clearly newly remodeled. The pool and hot tub were a treat as well as the outdoor/pass through BBQ. House was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the house was so quiet. Very private. The house is so close to all of Scottsdale yet so peaceful and removed in one of the most picturesque canyons I've ever seen. I can't wait to go back and stay longer! Thank you Mark for such great communication and making our stay so enjoyable.
This is the second time we stayed at one of Mark’s properties. This home is huge, and has a fabulous yard. Completely private, quiet, and the warm pool was perfect for the kids. Loved the indoor basketball court, the open floor plan, loved the theater, and kids played the giant Jenga outside a zillion times. More than enough space for our party of 12 people. We will be back!
Great location. Overall a great stay. 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms were very convenient. Pool and hot tub are very nice. Could use a fire-pit or heat lamps outside during the cold nights.
We had a great stay at Mark’s place. Despite a few days of cold weather, the house was perfect for our family and grandparents. The outdoor space truly is amazing! We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, basketball court, and grill. Mark is a great host and responded quickly to our questions. We would highly recommend his house to anyone visiting the Phoenix area and looking for a relaxing place to spend several days with family or friends!

Great house. Lots of beds. Fun backyard. Easy to get to freeways. Master bed is very comfortable. Definitely heat the pool in winter months. So worth it.
Recently remodeled Indoor space was perfect for our group of 11. The bathrooms and kitchen were top notch. We also greatly enjoyed the outdoor spaces, especially the pool and hot tub. Some additional yard games would have been nice besides the table games shown in pictures. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.
We had a wonderful experience at Joanna’s house. The hot tub and Pool were perfect for our kids. It was a great home-away-from-home. I would recommend this space to anyone with a larger family; so much nicer and more relaxing than a hotel.
The house was beautiful! It is exactly what you expect! My family and I went to celebrate my birthday and get away from some snow and we had a wonderful time. We will definitely be going back there. Mark is a wonderful host who responds quickly and is available to answer any questions you may have. We loved his home so much we barely stepped out, we spent most of our time with our family and having BBQs. Thank you again Mark for a wonderful stay!
My group enjoyed our 6 night stay in Mark’s house. It was able to accommodate all of us well. It was well stocked with kitchenware so we enjoyed breakfast at the home as well as one night of grilling up some food. The pool was smaller than expected but we still enjoyed having it. The location was also great for exploring old town Scottsdale. Overall, we were all satisfied with the Airbnb.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is very spacious, perfect for families, in a great location, and has lots to do. Newly redone, the house is laid out very well with room for everyone. Very functional kitchen. Basketball, hot tub, and heated pool were used daily. Have stayed in other rentals which promise heated pools but don’t live up to it....that’s not this house. It was very warm. My kids never wanted to get out. Another major bonus was super comfortable beds - again hard to find in other places. There are many restaurants, groceries, shopping within 5 to 10 minutes of the house. Don’t miss date night at Hush. It doesn’t look fantastic at first sight but it’s some of the best food I’ve ever had. Shopping at both Kierland and Old Town is great. Overall would love to stay in this house again!!!
Marks house was a perfect spot for our group. The bedrooms are set up nice, the pool is big and the hot tub and basketball court were fun as well. The house was very clean and there are plenty of towels and anything you need. Communication was great and everything went very well on this trip.
Everything you need for a family staycation in Scottsdale. The house is well stocked, clean, and spacious. The garage is full of indoor games like air hockey and the yard is huge with a beautiful pool, hot tub, basketball court, and gas grill. The kitchen is perfect for cooking meals and family gatherings. The house is also located close to restaurants, grocery stores, and retail shopping. Mark is a wonderful host and we had such a great time at his house.
Very grateful for the true to life photographs...The home and pool, hot tub/yard is even more spectacular in person. Fantastic remodel and extremely cozy/clean home with the perfect location to great amenities near by. Very relaxing and happy Zen like experience for me and my family. Definitely would recommend this home to anyone...you will be very pleased. I also have to add the beds and pillows are incredible....great job to whomever picked them out.
Great house with everything you could possibly need. Also it’s in close proximity to everything (golf courses, Costco, restaurants, etc). Host was great with communication. Overall a great experience.
I cannot say enough good things about Mark and his rental home. He was very responsive and pleasant to work with, and we ended up staying longer because we were having such a nice time. The house is exactly as pictured and described, but being there in person will amaze you even further! Large rooms and bathrooms, the kitchen is a wonderful space to spend time together when you aren’t out on the patio, and everything was well kept and functioning. The pool went shallow to pretty deep, which we loved, and the property made us feel like we were in our own private oasis. We were actually in a different listing (not Mark’s) when we began our trip to Scottsdale; unfortunately, that listing and its property management were very deceptive and we were lucky enough to find this home for the remainder of our trip. We never looked back as we enjoyed the various amenities, beautiful weather, and great memories. Thanks Mark, we will be back!

Marks place was amazing! It had everything we needed. We had the pool heated and it was perfect, along with the hot tub. His property is definitely worth the money! Great neighborhood & close to town.

The home had everything to keep you entertained & for food it was a short walk away. The heated pool in January was awesome! A perfect getaway from a cold winter.
Exquisite home and neighborhood. My family of four and I were extremely pleased with the space and amenities. The backward is well kept and landscaping was on point. The lights at night in the backyard are cozy and give you a great chill mood for a great night with the family.
The location provides easy access to major highways that allow for easy commute to and from places.
I will definitely try and rent this home again on our next trip to Phoenix.
