This place is wonderful. It is spacious and has great amenities throughout. The Master is something to see and the other bedrooms are spacious and very nice also. The back yard is wonderful. The pool is nice and the new hot tube which the pictures do not show is a nice addition. We used the outdoor kitchen almost every night and watched a beautiful storm from the covered outdoor patio. You will love staying at Joanna's place. They are great hosts with an amazing home.

We had a great time with our two families. All 8 of us had plenty of space and slept comfortably in the beds. The pool outside was really lovely! Mark and his staff were professional and easy to communicate with.

Newly renovated house and spacious! Great for a family and friends get away with a lot to do at the house with the game room in the garage and a huge back yard! Open grass area with cornhole. Great amenities for cooking. Had issues with the WiFi not connecting to the televisions or phones. Pool had a small leak in it which caused us to fill it up on multiple occasions. Overall, getaway home for a group setting!

This was my first time renting an Airbnb home and boy has Mark set the bar high! The place is awesome! Exactly as pictured. The location couldn’t be better. We never wanted to leave the house because we didn’t need to! Mark’s home has everything you need, except food. Seriously, the place is amazing! Thanks Mark!

We had a wonderful time. House was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the pool/spa. Having a basketball hoop, air hockey, and pool table were wonderful added bonuses that my kids loved. Great location too...near lots of places to eat. Will definitely stay again if we're in Scottsdale.

Mark's place was amazing! It was a relaxing oasis from the chaos of life. The pool and all the amenities kept the kids happy and entertained. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean and well kept. We already have looked at the calendar to see when we can go back.

Such a great house for our weekend girls trip! We had so much fun and we had a hard time leaving— it felt like home! The decor was so adorable and The host was quick to respond and VERY accommodating. We noticed there was nothing to cleanup with and the house was short of drinking glasses. We messaged the host asking about it and those items were delivered to the property right away— above and beyond! One thing I would have liked to see is more basic cooking/kitchen items ie a glass baking dishes, serving dishes and bowls, etc. and some wash cloths in the bathrooms. Other than that absolutely wonderful! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you again for everything :)

The pool is huge and just what we were hoping for! We came for a getaway with our kids to swim, watch movies, play games, and get takeout, and Mark’s place was really perfect for that. We enjoyed the big kitchen and found it well stocked with everything we needed.

We could not believe our eyes when we arrived. The pictures on the site do not to the place any justice, all we can say was WOW!!! Truly impressed with the home, everyone enjoyed playing in the pool, or playing billiards!! Not to mention everyone was able to watch whatever they wanted, multiple TVs set up around the home. We even had a movie night with the whole family, traveled with 10 ppl, adults and children. Awesome, awesome place!!! We definitely recommend Joanna’s place!!

Mark went above and beyond to make sure we were taking care of. He was able to accommodate a new location when our original house didn't plan out. Not only did he find us a new place he also upgraded us, free up charge. Ya, thats right FREE!

Location and backyard pool cannot be beat! The kitchen is spacious and stocked with everything you need to cook all your meals and there is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. As other reviewers have mentioned, the home is showing some rental wear and the twin beds are not as comfortable as the king sized bed. All in all, it was a great place to escape to for a few days of rest and relaxation!

Home was fine; host was a lame. What you won't find on the listing: -Thermostat restrictions at 73 degrees during the day -Backyard pics are outdated - putting green is in bad shape -Mark had two of his people parked in the driveway 40+min before our check-out time, although we aligned on the time the day before -Handyman will approach the home with no masks or gloves

Had a great time with our family and some friends, enjoying the pool, the slide, the basketball court, the pool table and the comfortable rooms and beds. It was a nice break from sheltering at home and a cold oasis in the desert.

If the weather is nice, it’s a close walk to Old Town Scottsdale. Lots of shops and dining nearby. The pool is great for a cool off during the summer heat. Very ample size for many people

Overall, we would definitely stay here again. We LOVED the pool and that’s where we spent most of our time. This rental definitely had a lot of nice finishing touches and the pictures are mostly what you get. The place was tidy/in order but the deep cleanliness seemed rushed which was a little disappointing with knowing the virus is growing in AZ. There were folded bathroom towels that still had hair in them (we just rewashed everything), spill messes around the kitchen cabinets, and the dishwasher smelled so we didn’t use it, etc. I would have appreciated a layout photo in the posting instead of the photo that inaccurately shows a pool table inside. We were actually really looking forward to a pool table inside with 110 degree weather but there is only one outside. There doesn’t seem to be any weather stripping on the back door which lets some warm air in but as long as you’re not keeping the door open for long periods of time, the house stays fairly cool. The rental does have a TV in all 5 bedrooms which was nice. There are also multiple areas to hang out if you have a large group. There were definitely some things that I would have wanted to know prior to booking, such as, no pool table inside as pictured during my booking, the water slide time limit, the A/C rules, etc. But again even with the additional rules and “surprises”, I would definitely stay here again because it is a great place for a large group to have plenty of things to do without going out.
