The property was perfect for us and children and grandchildren. Decor is perfect for families -durable but attractive. Pool was great ! Mark was very responsive to any questions we had And even delivered a replacement Keurig at night so we’d have coffees by morning. Highly recommend. Master bath was fabulous and all beds were comfortable.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 STARS ARE NOT ENOUGH! I wish I could give Mark 10 stars! What started as a stressful trip to Arizona turned into a blessing because of this exceptional host! After a horrible experience with our original accommodations, we desperately needed somewhere else to stay. I reached out to Mark, explained our situation, and shared that I was in Arizona for my college graduation. Without hesitation, he responded and made his property available immediately! Because of Mark, we were able to get settled and make it to my graduation on time without additional stress. His kindness, responsiveness, and genuine hospitality meant more than words can express. Mark didn’t just provide us with a place to stay he gave us peace of mind during one of the most important moments of my life! Thank you, Mark, for helping turn a stressful situation into a beautiful graduation memory! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! If I ever return to Scottsdale, Mark will absolutely be my first choice! A truly outstanding host!

★★★★★Thunderbird Home

Mark’s place was fantastic! Fully stocked kitchen, great cooking/baking dishes and pots and pans. More than enough utensils and dishes for our group of 11. Each room had fantastic beds and linens. The true gem of the place is the backyard- pool, ping-pong, foosball, grill… it was perfect! The house was spotless when we arrived! Squeaky clean! I would definitely recommend Mark’s place to anyone visiting the Scottsdale area.

The location & outdoor space were fantastic! Everything indoor was comfortable & ample living space, bedrooms & baths. The finishes are high quality & beautiful. Only recommendations would have been to have pool noodles or floaties & an outdoor tv would’ve made it easier to enjoy the awesome weather while watching sports.

This was an absolute home run! Mark and Joanna were incredible hosts and made it super easy to feel right at home. The house is beautiful and exceeded all of our expectations. The pictures look great, but it’s even better in person. I would come back and stay here any time and will definitely recommend it to others wanting a great experience in Scottsdale. Also if you’re a golfer, like myself and our group, this house is surrounded by some of the best courses in Arizona. Our group of 14 stayed around the pool area for most of the stay, because this is a phenomenal setup and feels extremely luxurious. Everything about this place was 10/10. Will be back!

Fantastic location and fantastic house! We loved being able to walk to Old Town Scottsdale and with it being so hot it was a massive help Scottsdale is such a lovely place to visit, nice restaurants, friendly people and was perfect for us Never out the pool we loved the shape and it was great for seating plus non slip surface. The loungers for us were ideal as being from the UK we need to chill and embrace that sun!! The house was very spacious, loved the layout, the 2 bathrooms was ideal. We loved playing pool and honestly felt so chilled and settled in this houseHad everything you needed and the details and check in process were easy and straightforward. If we come back we will absolutely book this house again loved it thanks

House was perfect for our party of 5, plenty of room for everyone to relax and space out. Backyard / pool were the best part, we could’ve spent the entire trip there. Close to old town and easy access to restaurants, bars and shopping. Will definitely be staying here on our next trip.

★★★★★Sweetwater Home
We had an amazing stay at this home. We were a smaller group, so we didn’t use the entire house but I can see how larger groups and families would enjoy the layout of this home with a separate casita that has its own living room and full kitchen. The property is very private and the location is fantastic. The beds are awesome. I will definitely book this place again with my family.

We can’t speak highly enough about this place. Phoenix offers several things to get out and do and we didn’t want to leave the house. It’s a private little luxury compound. We would definitely stay there again.

★★★★★Casa Paraiso
This is a wonderful property and I recommend it without hesitation. Everything is just as pictured, including a gorgeous back yard with a spotless pool. It was so relaxing to sit on the back patio in the morning and just enjoy the yard. We loved being able to park inside the garage -- no problem with our large SUV. The surrounding area is enchanting with the huge saguaros and other desert shrubs. Also the gas station and grocery store are about four minutes away. We will stay here again in a heartbeat if the opportunity arises.

The outdoor space truly shines... between the pool and the covered patio table - we spent the majority of our time outside! The space was spotless and the rooms are a great size. We also appreciated the flexibility! Definitely would stay again.

This is a great place if you're looking to be central and near the entertainment district. The host was very easy to communicate with and would respond immediately to any questions. The property was kept in very good condition and the pool and hot tub were perfect. For the price I think this is hard to beat! When we go back, we will definitely try and rebook the same house.

We loved everything about our stay. The house was clean, well stocked kitchen, with a beautiful pool and patio. Mark was very responsive. We enjoyed the 2 covered areas out back. Shade for morning coffee by the pool and shade for evening cocktails! There is even umbrella for shade in the pool! It was like our own private resort. (Even got in hot tub though it was hot in Scottsdale late June)The location is very proximate to Old Town and other parts of Scottsdale are easy to get to.Hope to return to this property some day!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and located in such a quiet and peaceful area. The pool was amazing, and everything was perfect from start to finish. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again! The only small recommendation would be to add a little more lighting in the front of the house, especially at night, which would make arriving and entering the home even more convenient. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Thank you for such a great stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was a great and spacious getaway retreat. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Mark the Host was very responsive amd communicative. Great size pool. I couldn't get my daughter out of the pool. Could use a couple new pool cues and wash rags for cleaning up after our selves. But other then that the rooms were spacious. Loved the fact it had a double master suite. One suite contained its own personal bar. But yeah 5 out of for me. Heck of an airnbnb! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
