The house was exactly as described and perfect for our stay. Our check was smooth and house was very clean. The large backyard and pool added to the stay which an entire family or group could enjoy. The location was perfect as well…very close to Old Town Scottsdale and so many restaurants, bars, and shopping nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

We had two families with kids stay for a long weekend and we had the best time! The house is spacious, clean, and provided everything we could have needed. The layout was perfect since we had the adults on one side and the kids on another in their rooms with the theatre room attached to it. The backyard and pool was beautiful and so much fun.

This is a fun spot! Great family vacation spot! A nice pool, a little putting green, a pool table, some big TVs provide great entertainment without leaving the house! The owner made everything easy, easy communication and responsive. Most importantly, the house is quite clean! We walk around barefoot or in socks and can easily notice when floors are not cleaned. A large house, I was impressed!

Great retreat for our family of 4 over a long weekend. Loved the location, access, and amenities. We had rented a car but also used Waymo just for fun, was super easy and pick up/drop off was at the driveway! We spent half the time out and the other half at the house - really annoyed the outdoor TV and pool table. Only thing missing was a speaker which we normally travel with, but forgot! Would stay here again.

This home offers several really good as advertised features. First off the location is very good getting around everywhere in the East Valley. The home is large, was clean and offered all the amenities we expected. A second bathroom in east section (small kitchen) would be the only improvement. The kitchen was well equipped. The backyard is excellent, quality ping pong table, large functional pool (did not need to heat in late may) a basketball hoop we used. Nice large covered deck. We spent much time outside enjoying the space. Having garage access was golden as while we didn't park inside we used the remote and stored golf clubs in the garage for convenience. Host (Mark) was responsive and contributed to a 5-Star experience.

We simply loved this property and will stay again. The key value is its proximity to old town Scottsdale. We could walk each morning to 4 or 5 coffee shops and then off to top notch dining spots in the evening. The pool is perfectly sized and the well appointed kitchen allowed us to spend a night in. The pool table was also a nice addition. Overall it's a great location for an extended family given the Casita, plenty of bedrooms and several bathrooms. And the garage was a very nice bonus given the hot sun of Arizona. Highly recommend.

Great for a ladies weekend. The location was convenient to old town and the house was well set up for a group of friends hanging out for the weekend. clean and modern with a well equipped kitchen although we dined out for most meals. Mark was a very responsive host and resolved our questions promptly. If you fill out the form to request pool heat also send Mark a message to confirm he received. Our favorite restaurant was FnB and we enjoyed the espresso martinis at Marcellinos. The pastys at Cornish Pasty (walking distance to the Airbnb) were also delicious.

House has a great location in a quiet neighborhood. The yard is lovely and well kept. House has a kitchen that is well stocked with dishes, pans and appliances. The beds were very comfortable and the host was easy to communicate with and helpful. The only drawback is that the bedrooms don't have easily accessible electric outlets. The drapes in the eating area were detached from the rod in some places but the rest of the house was well maintained and very clean.
