We had a great stay! The house was beautiful, the room was very comfortable, and everything was exactly as expected. Mon was an excellent host—very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Super quiet area made for very relaxing time. Pool was great and the floats were a added bonus. Loved the waterfalls. Very close to Old Town. Very strong wifi. Great communication with hosts.

The home was perfect for our girls trip. We loved the huge kitchen that allowed us to gather to eat and talk. There was plenty of room for our group of 8, bigger groups would be easily be accommodated too. The home was clean and having pools towels and bath towels available was a plus. The biggest draw was having 3 bathrooms, with a large group that's a necessity. The pool was wonderful and the hot tub allowed for a nice soak at the end of the day. I would definitely book again if we were back in Scottsdale.

We just wrapped up two amazing weeks at Mark’s house. The house is in a perfect location, near everything! The backyard is massive and beautiful, and kept everyone entertained. Mark was very responsive for anything we needed. The house was well stocked, and was very clean! We’ll be back!

This place is beautiful, the house is nice and roomy, beautiful backyard the pool and hot tub were clean and the water slide was an extra bonus. Close to shoping center 3 minute drive. The house was very clean and fresh upon arrival, i can easily say one of my best stays. We really had a great time.

The house was even better than the photos, clean, and stocked with everything and anything you could need to feel right at home. The outdoor space is private, beautiful, and full of entertainment. Mark is responsive, respectful, and has truly gone above and beyond to think of comfort, and stress free traveling for his renters. Can’t wait to return!

The house is exceptionally clean and comfortable . The host has thought of everything to have at your fingertips and is also very responsive with any questions. It’s spacious for six adults to stay in without feeling crowded. My only recommendation is to have additional fans for the summer months. It was difficult to comfortably cool the house down in the evening due to the hot temps. The location is perfect for golfing, casino, Pickleball, and shopping.

Great location, very spacious home. Lots of space to move around and get settled in. Casita provided a nice private area with its own bathroom too. Comfortable sleeping accommodations. The pool was relaxing and the outdoor.space perfect for unwinding! Kitchen was well appointed. This home is a great value and location was central. Walkable to shops, coffee, restaurants. Would stay again!

Flew into the area for a guys trip. Pool was key for an August visit. Everything was clean and in working condition. Property was all you could ask for an in a good location in relation to everything else we wanted to do. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at the house, super quiet neighborhood. We were looking for something very private and we got it for the most part. The backyard had very tall mature trees and cactus which made the backyard like a personal oasis. The cactus even bloomed for us. I would highly recommend this property for a romantic getaway or even a big family. There’s plenty of room. The way the house can be separated is a bonus too.

This house is beautiful! It has plenty of space for our large family and the views are unbeatable! It is well stocked with everything we needed. It’s a nice area, lots of nature, but close to everything we needed in Scottsdale too. It was nice to have plenty of places inside for everyone to spread out while it was so hot outside, and then there’s the great pool and yard outside to use when it cooled off a little. Mark is very responsive and addressed our questions immediately and got things done. Overall it was a great week!

Casa muy espaciosa, realmente caben 12 personas; la alberca muy limpia, realmente me quedaría nuevamente ahí. Está cerca de una avenida transitada pero dentro de la casa el ruido es imperceptible. La cocina con las ameidades necesarias. Salir a caminar por el barrio es muy agradable.

Joanna and Mark’s house is beautiful, and they are wonderful people. I am so grateful they welcomed us into their home; my whole family loved it. My children were happiest in the pool. Everything about the house is beautiful, and it is a very quiet, relaxing place. My siblings and I get together every year to visit our mom in Arizona, and this house is going to be our favorite spot—it’s the best. Thank you so Much for Everything!!

The hosts did a great job taking care of us. Addressed things before we had to and upon checking in, noticed an AC was having an issue. They were able to get repair guy there within 1 hour and helped provide a super pleasant stay. Thank you for taking care of your place and us!

This was hands down, my best rental experience over all the years! This house was perfect for the joint birthday celebration we had for our wives and my son and everyone enjoyed the amenities! Spacious, clean, kid and pet friendly, and the descriptions is exactly what you’ll get. I’ve saved this location to rent in the future because it’s everything we needed and more. Went back into work on Monday with intentions on working towards a place like this of our own in the future!

We were 3 families coming together for a vacation and this property was excellent for our mostly Jr High and Highschool aged children. They had hours of fun with all of the amenities. Most of us prepared food for a cookout and between the 2 kitchens and 2 mini fridges in the outdoor grill we had plenty of space for our food, and places to prepare the meals. I especially appreciate the prompt and courteous responses when we did have to reach out to the owner. We loved the property and would definitely consider booking again.
