The house is as expected. We got the pool heated and hot tub and was surprised they were warm enough even in December! House is really close to restaurants and shops, nice not having to drive anywhere.

This home was awesome. It had everything you could ask for in terms of entertainment. The pool was great and we used the hot tub every day. The yard space was isolated so you could really enjoy the privacy of it. The kitchen was stocked with anything and everything you would want to cook up a nice dinner. The house had so much space to spread out and the location was great to get to the 101 quickly when we wanted to hike or bike in the mountains. Mark was great with communication. We hope to return.

Such a comfortable place with room for everyone. A gourmet kitchen that was so fun to cook in! Comfy beds and wonderful blankets and linens. If you are looking for a good hike- we enjoyed Pinacle Peak. Challenging but great views. A wonderful break for our family during these difficult times!

This house was perfect in every way. 💚From the location to the amenities. We decided to celebrate Thanksgiving in the Arizona sunshine with our college age children. We spent a lot of time enjoying one another around the pool, shooting baskets, playing corn hole and cooking dinner and visiting around the huge center island. Our kids have already asked us to book it every time we go back to Scottsdale. Mark was a wonderful host and we would highly recommend staying in his beautiful home.

Our group of 10 (4 adults and 6 teenagers) enjoyed a lovely Thanksgiving at Mark’s house. The kids spent a lot of time in the pool and on the basketball court. The outdoor area was great for evening dinner, card games and family time. We found the location to be super convenient as any stores we needed were nearby (Walmart, Sprouts, liquor store, mall, etc all within 2 miles) and it was 20 minutes to the airport. Mark was very responsive and helpful along the way. He is a great host.

This home had a wonderful layout for a multi-generational gathering. The home was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for little ones to run around while others congregated at the dining table or in the family room. The outside amenities were attractive and enjoyable.

This house was spotless, updated, and had everything you could want. Every room had TV's and lots of places to sit. Our teenagers loved the games in the garage and the whole back yard was so relaxing. Great location and quiet neighborhood!

Location was great if you want to be near Oldtown/fashion square. Tons of awesome restaurants. House was 4/5. Master bath was quite small and pool seemed larger in photos but it did the job and didn’t have any real complaints.

House is spacious and backyard is gorgeous. The outdoor lighting around the yard was not working owner said they had planned to fix it but it was pitch black beyond the grill after 6pm. Be careful there are many places to trip and fall. There are no instructions for the tv/audio. In the basket of 5 remotes, we couldn’t get the surroundsound speakers to work and we are engineers. I think it was broken along with the fireplace and wine fridge which was very disappointing. There were only 2 wine glasses, no bath soap, pool floats, or kitchen essentials like foil or plastic wrap that you would expect with in a house that size. Sprinklers kept going off in the backyard and I asked the owner to shut them off so we could have a outdoor picnic/art painting set up and the grass was soaking wet and his reply was “we never had anyone complain about the sprinklers”. He said they wouldn’t go on again so we set up the table and easels and off go the sprinklers! They should have told us just to keep off the grass or something. He seemed very annoyed and told me how to shut off the sprinklers. A detailed instruction sheet would’ve worked. Another note is the AC is only controlled by the owner so you have to text them if you want it adjusted a degree. Overall, home needs maintenance, it’s not the friendliest or welcoming of homes/owners but it didn’t ruin our weekend.

It was an amazing place with so much room for our family. The kids had a blast in the pool and playing basketball and air hockey. The kitchen is amazing and enabled us ample room for making meals! Everyone had plenty of spaces to sit either inside or outside. Oh and the barbecue was awesome. So big and easy to use!! We would stay there again in a heartbeat!!

This is as hgtv perfect as a home gets. Stylish and cozy, clean and bright. Mark was quick to respond and even worked magic and got us an early check in time to work better with my child's nap time. We loved the layout with two main bedrooms with attached bathrooms that made a perfect set up for my husband and I with our baby in one and my in-laws in the other. The floor plan is open and perfect for kids and older folks - no steps! The pool we opted to have heated and it was amazing. Hours and hours of swimming and my two year old was obsessed with all the small planes we saw overhead. We ordered delivery for all our meals and had a huge variety nearby, but the kitchen was more than set up with all the essentials if you wanted to cook. We only wished we had booked the home for more days!

I rate this place 4 out of 5. Amenities are great and the house is spacious. I like the 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. Pool was big but not heated. I did like the game tables that were located in the garage. Why I don't rate this a 5 star is for the lack of cleanliness. The tile floors were dirty and we had to mop ourselves to make our stay comfortable. Fans and lighting fixtures were dusty. A few plates and a pot were dirty. We found a makeup sponge under a chair in the master bedroom from a prior guest. Also, coffee maker water reservoir was dirty and full of coffee grounds. House cleaners need to do a better job. House location is ok. This house is located in a noisy airport flight path. You will hear and see about 5 flights per hour. The kids didn't mind it when they were in the pool, but the flights will wake you up around 6 a.m.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mark's house. Views of Camelback mountain from the front of the house. Amazing pool and guest suite in the back. Close to the canal for those early morning walks in the beautiful Arizona sunshine and many outdoor dining options in nearby Old Town. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Mark's place offers a great location with excellent amenities in a central Scottsdale location. We stayed in his property for a golf trip with 7 friends. His house is 10 minutes from both TPC courses and 10 minutes from great nightlife in Old Town Scottsdale. The pool and backyard provide a number of activities for visitors. The house was clean and slept our entire group comfortably. Mark had excellent communication and everything was as advertised. Thanks Mark!

Host was very responsive and detailed. Called ahead of time to go over check-in and house rules. We had a couple nights where we cooked instead of eating out and had no issues because the house had everything I’d expect in a kitchen and more! The house was fully stocked with enough towels, toilet paper, and paper towels. We had extra pillows and more than enough room for 12 people. The backyard was amazing and made for a great back drop for photos. Overall experience was one of the best I’ve had from any Airbnb in the past. Definitely recommended and would love to stay here if I ever am in the area again.

Mark's place was easy to find and a great place to stay for a quick vacation. The home is beautiful and has everything ready for their guests. WIFI works great. A lot of towels in the home so you don't need to bring your own. I like that the host provides new dishwashing scrub, dishwashing pods and tidepods for the laundry room. The place was well sanitized and AC unit works amazing. There are instructions/labels on everything so it is very straightforward and easy to turn things on. The water pressure is amazing...def not something i'm used to so be careful when you shower, if you turn it to HOT, it is extremely hot. Pool was smaller than I thought but still a beautiful pool and spa! Overall, it was a five-star stay and the host was very responsive and super nice!

The neighborhood and house is very private as described. Unfortunately the oven wasn’t working prior to check in, although Mark called to notify of the incident a couple hours prior to check in it was still a bit of a let down considering the amount of money that we paid. The jacuzzi was also green and dirty. We did not use that the entire length of our stay either. After almost a $1700 to stay the oven and jacuzzi should must definitely be able to be used or we should’ve been compensated. Other than those issues my family enjoyed our stay. The place is fully retired with everything that you would need.

We enjoyed our time in Scottsdale. Mark was very responsive to any questions. House is convenient to all that Scottsdale has to offer. Unfortunately the water dispenser leaked and the oven was not functional due to a previous stay, but Mark made me aware prior to check in and thankfully we didn’t plan to use either much throughout the weekend.
