This was a great property for a weekend get away! Mark was beyond hospitable and the communication was readily available when I had question. I highly recommend this renting this place. The location was perfect as well as the amenities provided on the property. Will definitely be returning again this year. -Martez

This place is half a mile from Old Town Scottsdale with lots of little shops and restaurants….very convenient and a super cool vibe! The house is clean with great amenities!

This home was nothing short of amazing! I came with 14 friends as a reunion and we couldn’t have asked for a better trip. The house was in a terrific location and the mountain views were impeccable (especially during sunset). The location had a great balance between privacy and convenience. This house had everything available to us and Joanna and Mark were available for whatever we needed. I am definitely coming back to this home again!

The pictures do not do this place justice. The house was huge and very clean when we walked in (love the high ceilings). The backyard was big with plenty of space and a lovely pool. The backyard has a tree that spills little small green debris into the pool whenever the wind would pick up which was a little annoying...so we needed to clean out the pool several times before jumping in. The kitchen was clean and well supplied, the theater room was awesome and a great way to watch sports with my friends. The master bedroom and bath was large and beautiful. The house is a little far from old town Scottsdale so just keep that in mind if that's important to you. There were dozens of light switches that was hard to figure out what each did...and the house seemed to be set up with sound throughout but again couldn't figure out how to work it despite having several remotes. Other than that however, this was a beautiful, large , clean and fun home with cool amenities. I highly recommend

Our stay was great! The location is a few blocks further to get to bars and restaurants then implied. Its "walkable", but more like a mile plus walk to the main strip. Pool/hottub was great, house was clean, and comfortable. There was an A/C issue, but host was responsive and had mechanical issue addressed.

Mark’s place has everything you need for a fun weekend getaway. It’s location to local amenities is top notch and the amount of recreational activities available at the house are more than enough to keep the pickiest group entertained!

This house was great for our group of 7 (5 adults and 2 kids). Plenty of rooms and beds and 3 bathrooms was nice. The pool was amazing in the heat and there was plenty of shade on the patio. The location is convenient to lots of stores and restaurants. Mark was a great host and was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

This house is exceptional and has all amenities. It is in a great neighborhood near Old Town Scottsdale, numerous local restaurants, The Fashion Mall, and hiking. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and social areas are spacious and clean. We used the pool and hot tub every day. There are plenty of lounge chairs, seating, picnic table, swinging chairs, etc. around the pool for everyone to enjoy. We would definitely look into staying at this house if visiting the area. By the way, Mark was very prompt in responses and providing appropriate details regarding the pass code, location, and responses to questions. We highly recommend renting this house from Mark.

This was a great place to stay for me and my friends. We were about 5 minutes from downtown. It was centrally located to both Scottsdale and Phoenix. We had plenty of space for the 4 of us. Pool/jacuzzi out back was nice to have as well. Would highly recommend staying here as it was great value too.

Excellent home for a guys golf trip!!!! Air hockey, pool, hot tub and basketball hoop.. TV's in every room as well which was great for our group!!!!! We had an amazing stay at this house. Backyard was such a great spot for our extended family to enjoy fun times together with the pool, sport court, and bbq. Highly recommend. Mark was very responsive to any and all of our needs.
