Mark’s place has amazing amenities, newly renovated and very close to old town Scottsdale. Super close to all the shopping so you can have groceries and food delivered without leaving the comfort of the house. We had a great time!

This house was everything our family hoped for! The two master suites mae it easy on the two couples in our family, and the bedrooms were all super comfortable! Checking, wifi, TV, parking, and checkout were all Very easy. The pool was perfect during the scorching hot days, the fans a blessing for al fresco dining, and the pool table a wonderful feature keeping people in a shared space while cooking was taking place. With such a well appointed, expansive, comfortable home literally the only thing we could think to complain about was we couldn't watch the olympics on one of the Giant TVs while swimming in the pool - until we realized they can angle and we could see it through the door :) We arrived with our own toiletries, but there were small hotel style toiletries available as well. Book this home. You won't be disappointed.

Mark and his house are fantastic. We had crazy rain while here but still enjoyed everything the house has to offer. Mark was also very prompt with touching base with us. He called before we got there and during to make sure everything was working smoothly. If/When we come back, this house will be at the top of the list. Thanks again Mark

Beautiful space, very well kept, and even better than expected. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and modern. Also can’t forget the backyard and all its amenities (BBQ grill, pool, hot tub, basketball court, game room). We stayed at the house one day just to take advantage of it all. I’d definitely stay again if I’m back in Scottsdale!

This house was perfect for our little getaway from the Midwest humidity. There were 9 of us in our group and we had so much space and so many bathrooms! Bathrooms are key in my opinion! Mark was so helpful before the stay, during and after! He answered my questions within 30 Min and he called us right before we checked into the house! The pool was awesome! The kitchen had everything we needed and the fridge was huge for all our food and drinks! It was a simple check in and check out! Very quiet neighborhood, not too far to groceries and only 7 min away from Costco and an In and Out! Must stay! Wished we were able to stay longer! Perfect for a friends weekend getaway or a family reunion!

Great home in a great location! Perfect for a bachelor/golf weekend in Scottsdale. Most things are 5 min away with anything and everything within 20 minutes. Location allows for minimal freeway use which is also a great added perk!

Terrific house and location. Lovely neighborhood. Great spot for a home base while we explored AZ as a family. Great to come “home” to a well appointed backyard with pool and spa and the pool table was a lot of fun as well. Everything was easily accessible in the house- easy to find the grill implements, etc and we really appreciated the extras (coffee, small toiletries et al). Great communication by the host, Mark. 10/10. Would return.

Great house. Our family ended up not being able to go so it was just my mom and me in the big house. Would highly suggest this house for groups and it even has a casita that would be great to put your teenagers in as it's separate from the main house. As far as location to town, definitely drive-able but wouldn't suggest walking if you have any mobility impairments. Completely walk-able for those young and able. Host was great and had excellent communication.

The house was absolutely stunning and everything we wanted. Plenty of room for our group of 10. The pool was huge and so nice. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and very spacious. Basketball court was also fun along with everything else the house had to offer. Mark was amazing. Great response time and made sure he assisted with anything we needed. I highly recommend staying here, as this as been the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in.

My friends and I loved staying here! After near evacuation in flagstaff/ multiple days of hiking, this was the perfect place for us to come and relax. We loved all the amenities this home had to offer and the proximity to the night life/ restaurants. Mark was a very attentive host and provided excellent communication from before check-in to the time we left. He made sure that if we had any issues, not that we did, we knew exactly how to get ahold of him. If all of us are ever in scottsdale together again, we would definitely re-book this place.

This was one of the most spacious and gorgeous homes we have stayed in. The floor to ceiling windows overlooking the mountains was absolutely breathtaking. Everything about the home was perfect. Check-in was easy, no issues with the home, sheets and beds were very clean, and Mark was very attentive to our needs! We had our family and friends of 15 who all were able to sleep comfortably. The pool and open grass area were a hotspot hangout with spectacular views that we didn’t even leave the Airbnb. The guys loved the basketball court just enough for 2v2 tourneys every day. Mark was such an easy host to work with. Would highly recommend this to anyone. I’ve already had multiple friends and family reach out to me about it. We will be back here!!!

This was a great stay! The house is amazing! It has everything you need! It’s close to OT! I would 100% book again Personally I think the pool looked smaller than the picture but it was still amazing and cute backyard! The pool & hot tub was why I booked this place it was featured on this house and I thought I payed for the hot tub. Anyways it was just like the pool temp and Mark did send me how to turn it on but it seemed too complicated for me to figure it out I wish It was just a on and off button. Anyways it’s no big deal but it was a bummer at the moment but aside from that I loved it! Thank you so much for opening up your home!
