This was just what our family needed. The house was great, amenities were great as well. A big plus was the location. We were in a quiet neighborhood but still very close to nice restaurants and the grocery store. Everything was in order and nice for us when we arrived. A very small issue arose before we got there and mark called US, and informed US about it. That says a lot about his honesty and the confidence that any prospective renters could have in him and his home.

This house is amazing. It had the most spectacular views from every angle. The kitchen is amazing. It had everything you would need to cook a full meal. There are so many areas to escape for some quiet time or to hang out together. The pool, hot tub, basketball court, and pool table were special touches that made our stay great. We loved watching the sun rise every morning coming over the mountains. It was so beautiful. The weather was a bit chilly, but the fire pit kept us warm. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here again.

Our family of five had an absolutely wonderful 10-night stay. The house is beautiful - everything spotless and nicely designed. The backyard/pool area is huge and amazing and adds an incredible element to the vacation. Each day we went out exploring the sites of Arizona and came back in the afternoon to sit at and in the pool and the hot tub. Because it was late November, I paid extra to heat the pool- and I'm glad I did because we got lots of use out of it. The pool table in the "game room" garage was also great. The kitchen is modern and large with a dining area attached looking out onto the gorgeous grounds. The wifi was strong even in the back close to the house, allowing me to do work and even tale zoom meetings by the pool. We would definitely return to this house on future trips to Scottsdale.

★★★★★Desert Cove
This property is absolutely perfect for families. Plenty of room inside and outside. The outside provides plenty of activities, including a pool, hot tube, golf green, air hockey and pool table. Everyone had something to do at all times. Inside had multiple TVs and plenty of cooking options and space to spread out and host large dinners. We would definitely come back. A special note to Mark and the level of communication he had prior to and during our stay, as well as, the timely responsiveness to all our questions. Location is perfect for anything you would want to do with plenty of dining and shopping options.

This house fits large groups perfectly. Tons to do from foosball, billiards, air hockey, swimming, spa, and basically hanging around with family and friends. It was very clean, and well furnished. The pool was nice and had a super fun slide too!

We chose this property to host 9 of us for a bachelor party. It was a good location with plenty to do at the home. It served a great base of operations. If I come back Arizona, I’ll be sure to rent out Mark’s place again.

Wow! What a beautiful home! The outdoor area is perfect for entertaining young and older kids, alike. The pool and hot tub were heated so we could enjoy them even in the cool mornings and afternoons! The pool table, basketball court, and air hockey kept the kids busy when the adults wanted to relax in between planned events. The place was clean and fully functional. It is GREAT for cooking a meal altogether or watching a movie together on the couch. There were plenty of beds and bedrooms which made choosing rooms much easier for our large group. There are two master bedrooms that have their own bathrooms for added privacy in case you are traveling with people not in your family. The neighborhood was quiet and situated near tons of shopping and food options. It is just a short drive to Piestewa hiking trails and Hole-in-the-rock, both of which we loved. The beds were relatively comfortable and there was even extra blankets in the closet! We felt right at home and hated saying goodbye to this incredible stay. Who knows, maybe we’ll be back!

Marks house was clean and well stocked. During my stay, Mark had a new jacuzzi top on order that had not arrived yet. Because of the missing top, Mark was gracious enough to heat the pool for us with no extra cost. The location of the house is perfect for dinning and shopping. Thanks Mark and will definitely stay here agian. Scott

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Mark’s house. As a host, Mark was communicative and accommodating. The home was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the backyard was a great source of entertainment. We enjoyed the heated pool (recommend paying extra to heat it up) and the hot tub as well as the putting green and air hockey table. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this home and host!
