We stayed with our 2 little kids and absolutely loved the house. Even better than the pictures and the host, Mark, is super accommodating to all of your needs. I stay at a lot of Airbnbs globally for work and this was on par with some of the best and most comfortable!! We will rent it again!

Great location, just minutes away from anything that you would need. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. I visited with my family, and we all had a good time. House is well equipped with basically anything that you would need, we made use of the pool and the barbecue and really enjoyed both. This is a great place for a family to use for vacation.

We enjoyed our time at this fully (and beautifully) remodeled home! The floor plan is spacious, the furniture is perfect, the beds are very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels for day-to-day use and the pool, too. Great neighborhood and close location to Kierland Commons and other shopping. Mark was very responsive throughout the entire AirBNB process and quickly answered our questions. We look forward to staying at Mark’s home again!

I host on AirBnB so my negative remarks are written with the intention that the owner either makes the appropriate investment in his property, changes his approach to hospitality, or drops the price, discloses all the repairs needed to manage expectations of guests. Mark's communication was designed for college kids ready to party. Immediately you get hit with rules "Don't Smoke/Vape" "Don't talk outside past 10" or "Use common sense" all come across condescending, I have never stayed at a house that had to remind me to be an adult in every room. I am sure there is a history here, just sets such an odd tone for a family vacation. The dishes look like they've come from a second hand store. I drank my cocktail out of a bank sponsored Atlanta Hawks stadium cup, reminded me of my college days. There is no tupperware or food storage, so you have to go purchase ziplocks or get real creative with leftovers. The hot tub didn't work and the owner didn't respond when I asked how to fix the hottub. If it wasn't working, this should have been disclosed. The master bedroom ceiling fan and master bath fans don't work. Noise travels in that house. There are have paper thin doors and no sound absorbers like rugs or art. A text message in another room could be heard easily. Hard to have a crying baby in this house without waking up the whole house. The owners has a stack of dirty mattresses on the side of his house. The location is great! Able to walk to restaurants, cafes, bars and run along the canal. He had a well stocked spice cabinet. I wish I had read a fact based review on this house so I'm submitting mine for future guests to consider.

This home was just what we needed! The pool, the hot tub, the comfort, a quiet neighborhood that felt super safe, the beautiful kitchen and outdoor grill to enjoy cooking and relaxation! It was literally the best part of getting away-going out was just not as relaxing and fun! Thank you again Mark!

We were a party of 9 staying here & had a great stay. The house is very spacious, the pool and spa are wonderful, pictures don't do justice to the size of the home or pool & the outdoor space was our favorite part of the stay. Outdoors they have games, shaded dining, patio dining, the firepit with plenty of seating, and the turf really cools down the space and makes it feel very inviting! The house indoors and out was amazing and we had such a great stay, I would recommend this home for anyone wanting a secluded stay with a group!

My family had such a great time! Communication, Location, and home were fantastic. 15-20 minutes away from any activity and great restaurants. Exactly as pictured and pristine! It was my family of 4 and the home was fantastic and comfortable. Not too big and had all the great amenities for our family to enjoy and get some quality time in. Ping Pong, Theatre, Board Games, Spa and pool, s’mores by the fire pit, and pool table!! The kitchen was supplied with all that is needed for a long stay, more than we could have asked for! We felt so comfortable, like we were at home. Thanks Joanna for being such a great host and being so thoughtful with all details needed for a great vacation!

Stunning house that’s oriented around indoor-outdoor living! There was 8 of us getting together for a golf trip and it was a great setup with everybody being able to have their own bed, without bunk beds, which was difficult to find in searching for a home in the area. The house really has it all: incredible main gathering area in kitchen, swimming pool, hot tub, ping pong, fire pit, cornhole, spikeball, etc. We ended up just staying in after golf everyday because of how great the house was. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful large one story home with amazing amenities! The backyard is truly the best part - plenty of space to lounge and sit outside in the sun. We had such a great stay here with our whole family and babies - everyone was happy! House is conveniently located to great hiking trails (you need a car)‚ and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here!

Thank you Mark for the use of your beautiful home! This stunning home with unbelievable desert views was the perfect setting for my dad’s 95th birthday celebration and family reunion. We couldn’t have asked for a better place- it was incredibly clean, comfortable, close to hiking and biking trails and near all kinds of other things to do for every generation (although we mostly just stayed at home enjoying the property and being together in such a unique and special place). Mark was so helpful answering our questions and checking in throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. Thanks so much, I highly recommend this place!

Had a chance to host a small getaway for work and this home was absolutely perfect. Everyone had private space along with countless options of places to hang out together. Impossible for pictures to give this home enough justice. More beautiful and spacious than what we were expecting. We will definitely return. Thanks.
