Mark’s home was beautiful and accommodating for my entire family of 8. We appreciated that the home was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Everything was professionally set up with instructions and manuals with all of the detailed information we needed for our stay. The indoor/outdoor was very well kept, I would 100% recommend his home to anyone.

Location is great, very spacious and the book of how to/what to do is awesome! Only thing that would have been better if the fountains and the lights for the pool worked properly. Would stay there again without hesitation!

Great location, close to Old Town Scottsdale. House is clean and in good working order. Beds are comfortable and plenty of common area. The casita is a great private bedroom as well.

Beautiful property and we had a terrific stay! Mark was communicative and made check in/out super easy. Very impressed by overall cleanliness (linens, kitchen, bathrooms, etc.) and lots of unexpected amenities (2 laundry machines, ice machine). Property and yard really is as big as it looks in pics! We only had a family of 4 so it was way more space than we needed (which was fun!) but for anyone coming with a large group there is definitely room to accommodate and everyone would have plenty of space. Quiet, serene location with the most amazing views. Would definitely recommend!

★★★★★Desert Oasis
The photos on the listing do not do this place justice - this house exceeded all expectations! The outdoor space was incredible. The pool was the perfect temperature and had plenty of shade throughout the day. There were tons of games as well, ping pong, pool, spike ball, inflatable beer pong, and bags to name a few. The house was perfection. There was plenty of space for everyone in our group of 12 inside and outside. Joanna was very responsive and a terrific host. Cannot say enough great things about this property! 10/10 would stay here again!

Joanna’s place was great. For our mini 4 night getaway in Phoenix it was absolutely perfect. The place was extremely conveniently located to a number of great public golf courses in the area including TPC Scottsdale, Troon, Boulders, and more. Joanna’s place was well stocked with amenities galore. Two king bedrooms ensured me and my friend both got a great night of sleep. The kitchen was great as well. The outdoor area, while we didn’t use too much on account of summer timing, was also great. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Mark was a truly great host & responsive. The house and amenities that came with it were great, plenty of things to do! The house is also a lot more spacious than the pictures show in my opinion. A lot of restaurants and stores are close by as well. Would absolutely stay here again in the future! 10/10

I took a few friends to this wonderful home to celebrate my sisters birthday. The house was spacious, clean, and met our expectations for our stay. The back yard had a lot of activities to keep us busy throughout the day which was a plus and the location itself was nestled away on 2+ acres which gave us the privacy we were looking for. When needed the hosts were easily accessible with any questions that we had. Overall a great stay!

This home is beautifully appointed very modern open concept. Very clean and inviting. The in home amenities make for family fun, with a beautiful pool, air hockey, pool, and basketball hoop. It’s close to popular shopping and a wide variety of food choices. Our small family truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Mark

★★★★★Desert Oasis
This beautiful home is everything we could have wanted and more! It’s like having your own private resort. Everything was clean and we couldn’t have asked for more out of our stay. The movie theater was amazing and the pool was like something out of a movie. We will definitely be making this our annual vacation spot and can’t wait to go back. Joanna and Mark were responsive and had excellent communication throughout the process.

Marks place was perfect for getting some time to reconnect with friends. The pool and pool table provided enough fun during the day that we did not leave the house except for dinner. Mark communicated early and often making everything really easy and accommodated special requests.

We traveled with a group of girls aging from 35-72. It’s in a beautiful area but unfortunately the property needs some upkeep. The electrical flickered in the kitchen with some other noticeable loose ends. Some black residue around an outlet from a possible old electrical issue. Lighting did not work in some rooms with limited lighting in the garage. We never figured out the surround sound outside by the pool. We were happy we brought our little Bose travel speaker to supplement. We felt those directions could have been added to the house guide book for clarification. Some cleaning issues we ran into with a dirty shower curtain and comforter. We were made aware of two separate routine visits from pool maintenance and pest control. Understandable - but with that in mind, we were asked to stay out of the pool for 4 hrs following the chemical process which seems disappointing when your paying the price to fly and stay somewhere. Upon arrival we were surprised to find a the cleaning hose in the pool which was explained to us that the unit stayed in because of parts needing to be replaced. I felt this took away from our girl spa trip we were looking for. She explained that they could come remove it the next morning but we declined and said we would work around it. In my review I do not feel the pictures advertised, match the current condition of the backyard. The fire extinguisher on a side counter dated back to 2005 which seemed to reflect the condition of the house. There was only one hair dryer in the master bath. I felt the personal touch was missing here with a house this size. I found it interesting that the temp control could not be changed without a code. Assuming we had to contact the host based on previous reviews - again we just left it. Checkout seemed confusing as there were directions on the fridge - different directions in what seemed like an outdated guide book and then directions that came in automated via Airbnb messaging. The host let us in a little earlier which was helpful with our earlier plane arrival. To clarify we did not contact our host about these problems during our stay as we wanted to enjoy our time without more interruptions. Regardless our group enjoyed our time together. I think this place could be prime if these problems were addressed and some personal touches were added and updated. I’m writing this with full transparency. I don’t typically write negative reviews but felt this house house has more items that needed attention than one could overlook. Again this in a beautiful area among similar housing. It’s about 30 minutes to the airport - 15 minutes to TopGolf and 20 minutes to Oldtown Scottsdale, which we all enjoyed during our stay.

This stay was amazing. Definitely, the best I have had on Airbnb. If I could give it 6 stars, I would. Everything was extremely clean. The backyard is truly a gem. We could have never left the house for our entire stay, and it would have been a fantastic trip.

★★★★★Desert Oasis
This home was very well stocked. Had all of the amentites and items you would find in your home. Only complaint is the pool stays relatively cold and since its pretty windy and temps drop at night, I would recommend getting it heated if you like it on the warmer side. Joanna was very quick to respond to any requests we had and was very helpful in making our stay a great one. Home is also very kid friendly.

Great location. Spacious home. Loved the detached pool house that allowed 2 other guest in addition to the 3 bedrooms inside. Was not expecting the hot tub to be cold but it is Arizona so it being hot may not be necessary this time of year. Other than that everything was great.
