Eclectic and comfortable decor and furnishings. Location is in a quiet development with nicer than average landscaping, and is walkable to Old Town. Mark was a professional and responsive host. Enjoyed our stay!

This is a great rental for large group/extended family. The outdoor area is fabulous—pool, hot tub, games…Family loved the open living/kitchen/dining area. All the bedrooms were comfortable and had lots of extra pillow and blankets. House was well furnished, clean and up to date. Mark was a pleasure to work with

The house was a convenient 10-15 min walk to Old Town which was a key driver in us selecting it. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware, pots & pans, utensils and even herbs & spices. Baths were well stocked too. The house, linens, and towels were clean & plentiful for the 5 of us. Pool & hot tub water were heated when we arrived (for an additional $75/day) and were an outstanding feature of the house. Our host was able to accommodate our request for a 1 hr early check in. The electronic locks were a little tricky to get used to, but were fine once we did. The only minor negatives were that the traffic sounds from 68th that were noticable though not loud when laying on the lounges in the back yard (however they were not audible when in the house). Also, the bedrooms were small but adequate and had nice bed linens.

We had four different families, but all related in some way. There were seven adults, a 15 year old and a 3 and 5 year old. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all and a perfect array of beds for all of us. The house was beautiful!! Very large and spacious. Even though we had a large family, we never felt we were living on top of each other. We even set up a Christmas tree and had a mountain of presents under....and still plenty of room. The kitchen island was beautiful, huge and useful for fixing and serving the Christmas dinner. A large, beautiful backyard with tables, lounge chairs and a basketball court. The December weather cooperated, and we enjoyed quality time outdoors too.

We enjoyed our family Christmas getaway in Scottsdale AZ. This house was perfect to entertain the family with outside and or indoor fun and great for a home cooked Christmas meal. The location is perfect walking distance to downtown shops, clubs, and restaurants. We will be back!

This property was everything as advertised AND MORE. The kitchen was stocked with the perfect utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc. Not to mention, the quality of everything was wonderful- including the kitchen stove that was a cooking dream. The rooms were large, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The pool (we requested it to be heated) was a dream for our teenagers. The grill was new and clean. The hot tub was fantastic and having two garage remote controls was amazing. This property is in an EXCELLENT and safe location. Look no further and book your stay here!

We were pleasantly surprised to find this place fit our needs perfectly. Seven adults and two infants had no trouble finding the space and separation we needed. The home is really well laid out with updated baths and outdoor pool. Plenty of room for dining, relaxing and socializing. We would definitely recommend it. Much better and cheaper than the upscale hotels nearby.

The home was spotless and incredibly comfortable. Communication with Mark was perfect from the beginning. He was truly a great host. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. The backyard was simply amazing - it’s huge with stunning mountain views! The Peloton and weights were a huge plus as they allowed us to keep up our workouts. The basketball court was a big hit! We had great times throughout our stay around the pool table. The house was perfect for our group! I would not hesitate to book again.

Me and my friend group have stayed at some pretty cool Airbnbs over the years and this one definitely tops the list. The pictures just don't do it justice. There was plenty of room inside for a large group to comfortably sleep and hang out. The backyard is massive and had plenty of room for us to play games on the grass, hang out in the pool or jacuzzi, or play basketball. And the views are amazing. Mark was also an awesome host and took the time to give me a call before check in to explain everything. We will definitely be back again in the future!

I’ll start this review off by saying that Mark himself was helpful and responsive. Our experience was made better because of him. The home itself is in a good location, easy access to lots of restaurants, activities. It’s a good size home with big bedrooms. Bathrooms were in decent shape. Kitchen was nice. Tons of utensils and stocked items. Where we took issue, and the reason we left early, is the home needs a significant amount of maintenance. The carpets need to be completely replaced. They’re badly stained and need to be stretched. Walls and trim are dinged up everywhere. The outdoor space needs updating as well. The pool has seen better days. We were very hopeful the place would be an oasis based on the pictures and were frankly just disappointed in what we found, particularly given the high star rating.

★★★★★Desert Cove
The backyard was nearly pitch black after sunset making it dangerous to use after sun fall. They have two mediocre sensor lights to light up the huge backyard. One is placed directly above jacuzzi making it unenjoyable to use because the light would flash on similar to a strobe light. The lights the trim the house awning and beautiful trees and pool, DO NOT WORK. The pool water feature (waterfall) doesn’t work if the heater is operating. You CAN’T use both and you CAN’T alternate. The pool table is filthy and comes with only two beat up pool sticks and no rack to rack the balls nor chalk. The footballs were deflated. The house has so much potential if they invested into it. Windows to the master bedroom and kitchen had no screen. The large window in the living room has curtains but the rod falls each time you attempt to open curtains. We found trash in the unit upon arrival and urine in the master bathroom. One master bedroom has zero closet space. This house has a great layout. The living room is stale and has not welcoming touches. The garage clicker did NOT work. Mark, the homeowner, was RUDE beyond measure when he called me. He asked if I was going to be one of those that complains about everything since I didn’t get my way when I asked about the water feature. This house is in a beautiful neighborhood yet this house is the most basic one that could use some TLC. Two beds were dirty too. I sent photos. I’ve booked other properties and felt amazed and satisfied. I was NOT satisfied with this one. Consider something else for the money and sought out experience. My home is in better condition than this rental.

We had an excellent family vacation in Scottsdale, and staying at Mark's place was great! It was a convenient location that was close to everything. It happened to also be Halloween during our stay, so we got to go out around the neighbourhood with the kiddos and everyone enjoyed it.
