This house was fantastic! We do an annual golf trip and this place was perfect for us and one of the best places we have stayed yet! Mark mentioned that it was recently renovated and the place was beautiful. Tons of things to do in the house and backyard and plenty of beds. Location was close to lots of different courses and a block away from tons of stores and restaurants. Mark was extremely communicative and very flexible with our check-in needs. I would definitely stay at this house again next year!

Mark was a great host. Very responsive to all of our questions. In town for a golf outing, and his place was walkable to Old Town Scottsdale. Everything was great! Highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed this beautiful, clean and spacious home. It was well stocked with kitchen supplies, bath and pool towels, and extra blankets/pillows.The huge backyard with pool, hot tub and basketball court provided hours of fun for both adults and children. The fruit trees with grapefruit, oranges and lemons were a delicious surprise. Mark followed through with requests for heating the pool, provided clear directions for checking in, and was flexible with a delayed check out---very pleasant and responsive host. We highly recommend this home and hope to return.

The home exceeded our expectations in all respects . The location couldn’t be better , it’s walking distance or a very short drive to shopping and restaurants . The backyard is like a resort with a large pool and spa and very private . The interior is where the home really shines . Since the home was remodeled everything is new with a wonderful floor plan and stylish furnishings . I especially found the beds and linens to be extremely comfortable and the shower was a dream . The home was very well stocked and the owner thought of everything. I honestly couldn’t think of what I would do differently. Checkin and checkout was easy and instructions for the home was provided . We never needed to contact the owner . We were free to enjoy our much needed getaway . Cheers to Mark for providing such a wonderful stay . I highly recommend !

Had a very good stay at Mark's house. Would have been nice if the house had a doorbell and lights outside on the front of the house.

Very nice house. The backyard was especially nice! The cons, furniture is dated. Dinning room only sits 6, couldn’t all sit down for dinner together. Dinning room chairs need new cushions. Update some of the furniture and we’re back!!!!!!

We had 10 guests stay here and most were clients. We had plenty of room and we were able to play pool in the back most of the night. Everyone was comfortable and had a place to sleep, which was great. Will definitely reserve the house the next time we take clients to Scottsdale.

Terrific house but even better host. Would have put six stars. We came for the Super Bowl and were very comfortable. House was spotless and has a terrific backyard - pool, billiards, basketball, grill - not much more you need.

Mark and Joanna were great hosts and provided exactly what we were looking for, for our long weekend. Their beautiful home offered plenty to do from all the connected media options, to the pool, the backyard, and the basketball court. The location up in the hills was perfect and we didn’t have to worry about being too crowded. The check in and checkout process was easy and not too many to-do’s. Would definitely stay again.

This AMAZING placed was exactly as described and as it appears in the pictures. As soon as we walked in, we knew we chose the perfect place for our family get-away. The house is plenty big with amazing amenities. The kitchen was FULLY stocked and had everything we needed for meal prep and serving (not always the case with other places). We HIGHLY recommend this home and will stay again on a return trip. A few tips for anyone staying at this home: 1. DO NOT bring a basketball 500+miles as there a 3-4 to chose from 2. DO NOT being pool towels 500+miles as there are PLENTY to chose from 3. DO NOT bring extra blanket 500+miles as there are PLENTY available in the home We could have saved A LOT of space in the car. LOL Safe and happy travels.
