We had 3 families staying at the house for Spring Training and enjoyed our trip thoroughly! There was lots to do for the kids between the basketball hoop, pool table, pool slide and hot tub. The house was comfortable and spread out and the backyard was amazing to enjoy the sun and pool. Any issue that we had, Mark was quick to respond to. Wished we could have stayed longer.

4 man golf trip. House was perfect. Great big open spaces, clean and close to everyone in North Scottsdale. We ate out every meal, but the kitchen is gourmet and large. Owners were very clear and communicative. Rent without reservation.

I had the pleasure of staying at Mark’s house and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment I reserved, I was blown away by the warmth and hospitality. The location is fantastic—close to all the best spots in Scottsdale, yet tucked away in a serene area that gave me the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. Whether I was relaxing by the pool or enjoying a quiet evening on the patio, I couldn’t have asked for a better environment to unwind. Mark was an exceptional host, always attentive to every detail and ensuring my stay was seamless. His thoughtful touches made the trip even more enjoyable. This was actually better than the photos, we loved the pool and the main area was a great size for our big group. We didn’t realize that two of the three bathrooms were inside other bedrooms, but we made it work. We would return - perfect location.

The location was exactly as shown/described and the communication was exceptional. We were given clear and accurate instructions on entering the property and how to use certain amenities on the property. Mark was proactive in his communication so we never had to reach out to him with immediate questions. He answered all important questions before they ever had to be asked. If we ever needed clarification on anything, he was quick to respond. It was a phenomenal experience and a great property.

We stayed almost 5 weeks and enjoyed ourselves with a spacious home that worked out great for friends and family. The backyard oasis was fabulous. And the fire table was comfy on cooler evenings. We highly recommend this house for large groups or small. The management staff was always responsive and helpful with our questions. Looking forward to our next stay soon.

The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The couches inside the house were very comfortable and a great place to gather and visit. We cooked dinner one night and found the beautiful kitchen to be well stocked for what we needed. We had a large group of ladies and the 5 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms worked well. The location was also very convenient to shopping and restaurants at Kierland Commons. We did not have a chance to utilize the pool or hot tub but that's available as well. We all enjoyed this beautiful home.

Marks place was in a great location! Quiet neighborhood and lots of restaurants surrounding the area. Quick drive to shopping and old town Scottsdale and more. Great home that fit our family of 8 comfortably! Kids had tons of fun w the pool hot tub golf and basketball!! The court does get very slippery if wet so just be careful with that but all in all great stay and would def book again!

Mark was an exceptional host and his property was above par to say the least. Situated privately against the backdrop of Pinnacle Peak near Troon North, not too far from the Four Seasons, this place offered everything and more (pool, jacuzzi, golf/chip & putt, indoor basketball, pool table, etc). And the views day and night were the best!

We had a wonderful stay. Mark was a great host and incredibly responsive. The house and yard were bigger than I expected. Kitchen was stocked with dishes and accessories - we couldn’t find a wine opener, though! Would definitely come back.

Host was very prompt. House in need of some upkeep, pictures look better than actual property. House felt used and even found dirty towels and clothes in the master vanity cabinet. Every game in the game room “garage” was broken and needed attention. Pool cover was on the whole time and hot tub needs a good service. For the price we would not stay here again.

Place was exactly as advertised. Perfect space for friends to enjoy and was a great jumping off point to golf in north Scottsdale and bars/restaurants near Old Town. Mark was responsive for requests made and gave descriptive, clear instructions for check-in/check-out. Would definitely rent again if in the Scottsdale area.

Mark was a great communicator of the details needed prior to arrival, while we were there and on our departure day. Always responded quickly the few times I reached out. Kitchen had everything you would need. Plenty of towels for the bathrooms and the pool. Just about everywhere we went was less than 10 mins away, so great location. As a Superhost myself I’m probably bias to others being a great hosts, but I was 100% satisfied with Mark and his property. Would definitely stay again!

This was a great place for my family. Great location in the PHX area. The location provided easy access to the surrounding activities and the amenities allowed us to hang out and enjoy the house when we weren’t out exploring the area. Mark was quick to respond and overall it was a great stay.

Rarely have we rented a house with 5 great TV's. It was a great house. 3 nice bedrooms in house and a two twin bed, small room/casita, out back by the pool. Very well stocked kitchen, as in lots of pots, pans, glasses, utensils. Pool table was a plus! (needs a little adjustment for the ball to roll true). Close to everything you need in Old Towne Scottsdale.
