Mark’s place was absolutely stunning. It fit our group of 8 more than comfortably. The house was clean and spacious with a pristine pool. The games outside were just as pictured in the listing. The house is also in a great location near restaurants and grocery stores. It’s also just a short ride away from Old Town. Again, the house was perfect and I would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this absolutely gorgeous house! It was perfect for our group of 16 women. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking and gathering so easy and fun. The pool was a fantastic bonus — we spent so much time relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather. Joanna and Mark were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything stress-free. The house rules and information provided were clear and thoughtful, making our experience smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this place for a large group getaway! Would you like it to be more casual, formal, or include any specific details?

House was nice, as described. Had plenty of necessities, towels pans. seasonings etc. I love the white bedding and beds are comfortable. Amazing pool. Mark was great at responding. Not any fault to the owner but lots of nosy people looking over the fence watching what we were doing. Love the fans and covered porch. Quiet time is 8pm not 9pm, the listing is incorrect.

We had an incredible stay at Marks house for a few days with a large group (16). The house is even more beautiful in person that the pictures can do it justice. The pool and hot tub were in perfect working order and very clean, and the house was well stocked with utensils and essential items (basic spices, oil, coffee filters, etc). The chipping green also had plenty of golf balls and the basketball court had 6 balls. All of these factors made the stay stress free and comfortable. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

4 guys playing golf. Perfect house. 4 BRs, plenty of room, everything worked and everything we needed was there. Great location for what we were doing. Close to grocery store and places to eat. One small problem that could have waited, but owner had someone there early next day to fix it. Owners were great in their communication and responses. Hope to stay there next year!

★★★★★Desert Oasis
The home was perfect for our family! The outdoor pool area was lovely. There was plenty of seating for lounging and tables to gather for meals and games in shaded and sunny locations. The 3’ pool section was perfect for the children to play and a separate deeper area for swimming. The jacuzzi warmed quickly. The kitchen was large and gave us all plenty of room to prepare meals. There was plenty of serving platers and sturdy plastic ware for outdoor use. A fresh sponge was supplied along with plenty of garbage bags and dish soap. Because the weather was perfect for entertaining outside, we didn’t use the 2 large dining tables, nor the movie theater, though were very nice. We couldn’t quite figure out how to properly use the 6th bedroom, but 5 of them with full bathrooms were amazing. The beds were comfortable with lovely comforters. We only needed to communicate with the owner once, and Mark responded immediately. A true oasis and would certainly enjoy another visit with the family.

We have had other Airbnbs, however this one stood out as awesome. It had everything we wanted and needed. Not only was there proper kitchen tools, a responsive host, good neighbors, spices, sturdy furniture, and so much more, the location was easy to find everything around in it. Additionally the sun was present when we wanted it and shaded when we did not want sun. A splendid home just perfect for our family vacation. I can't say this for every Airbnb, but we definitely would come back and stay here again.

Stayed for four nights with some friends and family. Mark's place was perfect. The second kitchen and living room was great for my brother's family since they have a younger son. Made it possible for him to take naps without everyone else waking him up. The pool was peaceful and got great sun and shade depending on the time of day. Beds were super comfortable.

My stay was absolutely fantastic. The houses was amazing inside and out no complaints . So much room and very spacious. So much privacy and very safe for a bunch of women. Everything was provided and on deck from kitchen utensils to laundry. Everything was perfect as can be, even the house manager was amazing and was very respectful and responsive to communication. I would say read the house manual in advance. And good luck on your stay at this amazing place, it's a total winner.

This is my second stay in this beautiful home. The first time was in the Fall with girlfriends. This time was late April with our entire family. Six adults and two teens. It was just perfect. There is so much to do, pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, pool table and movie room.

My family and I were blessed enough to enjoy Mark‘s property for seven nights. This home is an a prime location, walking distance to 15 or more restaurants, and the other homes in the same neighborhood were also very well kept and the neighborhood was so pleasant to walk around with my family. Not only was Mark an incredible host and communicator, but his home was impeccable. The decor and furniture was An inspiration of how I would decorate my own home. They really did such a good job with all of the furnishings and everything is up-to-date, which I really appreciated. You can tell the way that they take care of the maintenance on their home to make it feel brand new for every single guest. The backyard is a literal resort style vacation with a huge pool, mini golf area, basketball court, pool table, Jacuzzi, it really has it all, and made us feel so at home. The kitchen was completely stocked with truly every kind of utensil And cookware needed to prepare any meal at the home. There are five bedrooms in this home with so much space. Each room is decorated so so cute. Not a single detail was missed. The beds were also extremely comfortable, which I think is something that is often overlooked when reading these reviews. They actually care about the quality of sleep that their renters get which is oh so kind! :)Thank you again Mark for sharing your beautiful home with us! I can only hope that we are able to come back again soon.
