Beautiful home. Mark was an excellent host and very responsive. Any accommodations I had to make, he was willing to work with me. Quiet neighborhood in the mountains made the home even better. Sunrise was a beautiful view. The basketball room / weight room was amazing!

Mark’s home is very clean and well stocked. The interior and exterior decor is well put together and beautiful! Our family of 5 was very comfortable. We loved the plentiful activities- basketball court, tv in every room, pool table, foosball, ping pong, jacuzzi, pool with waterside (and plenty of pool toys/ floats) , and even a deck of cards. We were very entertained without needing to leave! The spacious kitchen is stocked with all the tools/ appliances you need. The lighting is plentiful. Beds are very comfortable and clean. Mark was very easy to contact and responsive- remember you need to reach out to turn on the water slide! He was a wonderful host and flexible. We ran a little behind at checkout and we appreciated his understanding. We look forward to our next visit! Definitely will book again :) Thanks for the relaxing fun filled weekend!

Wow. What can I say about Marks place. HUGE! Beautifully decorated. Amazing floor plan. Great location. Fully stocked kitchen. Pool was the perfect temp. Swam every day. Mark was very responsive and remedied any issue that arose asap. Home looks better than the pictures. They do no justice. It’s a huge home. I will definitely be back Thanks Mark

Property was fantastic. well stocked and exactly as described. My only criticism would be that the master bed was extremely soft and rough on the back and probably due to be replaced. But I would not let that stop me from renting this property again. The entire group loved it! Highly recommend

We had a great stay! It was a very nice house—clean, spacious, and well-equipped, especially in the kitchen. The kids really enjoyed the pool, which was a highlight of the trip. The home had everything we needed, though we could’ve used a few more pool towels and regular towels. Considering the amount of times we had to wash them for clean ones .

Our stay in Scottsdale was perfect. We enjoyed the pool table inside and the pool outside. Each room had a fan that kept the air moving, which was nice for our stay in July. The next time we visit Scottsdale, we will be staying here again instead of looking for another place somewhere in town. Mark was very proactive in asking if we needed anything and responded quickly when requests were made or questions were asked.

I've never stayed at a more fully-stocked AirBNB before - normally we have to purchase additional home supplies (seasonings, toiletries, etc..) - the house came stocked a-plenty with it all. Also, couldn't have asked for a more scenic property - beauty in every direction.

6 adults and an 8 month old gathered for my son's 30th birthday and we had a blast. As a family, we love to cook and the kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we have ever had in a rental property. Lots of space if people wanted quiet time and fabulous communal areas.Whilst the pool is not big, it was perfect for our needs- the 8 month old loved splashing in his 'floatie'. Quick responses from Mark-a broken sun umbrella was replaced within an hour of reporting it.Although it did not detract from our enjoyment, the shower shared by 2 of the bedrooms was poor- so the occupants used the master bedroom shower, which was great. Also, for a house that sleeps up to 10, there was only the dinning table that had sufficient chairs for the 6 of us to eat together. The outside table had 5 chairs, the outdoor bar had 4 stools and the high table in the games room could only seat 4.However, a wonderful house that we will definitely stay in again (daughter-in-law is from Phoenix and so visits are likely to be regular).

The house was great! we had some issues that were quickly addressed. Remember it's not about perfection, but the effort put forth in achieving it. They nailed this. Mark was very helpful, and handy when repair directions were needed. We really enjoyed our stay. I've messaged the hosts privately about things I noticed needed addressing, and Mark was quick to accept and thank me for them. There isn't much more I can say, other than we look forward to returning soon.

Was a very large house to accommodate our large family but they had air conditioner locked so could not go under 72 setting which made house still 76 to 80 degrees depending how hot it was outside. Front door should have security lock once your inside so small children can't get out. Toilet in master would keep running if you didnt pull handle back up.

We had 11 people stayed at Mark's place and we had enough space. Kitchen was clean and equipped. The pool was big and has a big yard to play, and indoor basketball court. It was too hot to play indoor basketball court but it was still so cool that this house has that option. Mark was very quick to respond to us and very friendly

We really enjoyed this little place. It was cool in Scottsdale's heat and we had sooo much fun in the pool. The listing did say there was a bigger bed in the Casita, there isn't. It's two twin beds. We made it work though and everyone was well accommodated! The kitchen is VERY well stocked with dishes. You can easily cook a grande meal in this kitchen and not be skimpy witht the pans and itensils. They thought of everything.I really appreciated that each room had a ceiling fan, each room has it's own TV, and some of the rooms had extra stand up fans. There were plenty of linens and pillows. They also made sure there were plenty of towels. You will need them as it's so hard to stay out of the pool. The pool was so very enjoyable. They have such a groovy pool. You cam walk into it and go to the deeper side or just hang out in the not so deep part. We sat up to the table IN the pool and ate popsicles and ice cream and drinks. It is a really fun way to cool down while it's 114⁰ outside. Thank-you for such a lovely place to stay!
