Our stay at Mark’s home in Glendale was fantastic. We booked on short notice, but everything came together very comfortably. Communication was prompt and the instructions were clear, which made our experience even better. We will consider staying here again in the future.

The home was perfect for our large family. It had amenities and entertainment features that provided an absolutely memorable vacation. The top 5 things we loved most was the outdoor kitchen dining area, the kids loved the water slide, the kitchen was well appointed and made meal prep easy. The bedroom layout with 2 different wings allowed us to put parents with kids on one side. The basketball court was a hit and we had many mini tournaments! Thank you again Mark for your hospitality !

Mark hosted 10 of us for our Scottsdale golf trip. This home met superior expectations. Lot more room than we imagined. The location was close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Especially since we didn’t get to hop on the pool.

small middle bedroom between the master and the third bedroom-- the carpet was drenched WET, smelled like raw sewage, there were blowers in the garage, apparently the property owner was aware of this,, the master bath shower drain was plugged and filled up the beautiful tile floor , took about 4 hours to drain. Did not use it after the first shower had to use other showers.

If time would allow, I'd go back in a heartbeat. The house was so spacious and well appointed. The backyard was beautiful and so inviting. Our hosts were attentive and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. They made our stay a priority, making sure our visit was the best it could be. And it truly was, and we are so grateful. The house felt like home in Paradise. All vacationers should feel so lucky.

We had a wonderful time at this home! It was perfect for our two families. We especially enjoyed the pool and basketball court. It was in a quiet neighborhood but not for from shopping, dining, hiking, ball fields, etc. Mark communicated about the few questions or concerns we had. Bring pool floaties/etc., as they can't provide them for insurance purposes. We would definitely stay again!

★★★★★Downtown Scottsdale
Our group has stayed in Scottsdale many times in the past and this house, particularly the kitchen, was the most/ best equipped one we have ever had. All amenities were new and the house has a large open kitchen/ living room area which made it work well for the unusual cold snap that occurred when we were there. Spa worked well and instructions were clear. Walking distance to everything in town and including the mall. Communication with the owner was great. Hope to use it again in the future.

We had an amazing stay at this Scottsdale home! The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped to comfortably accommodate our group of 9. The bedrooms were cozy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor space was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather. The location was great—close to Old Town Scottsdale, golf courses, and hiking trails, making it easy to explore the area. Our host was responsive and made sure everything was set up for a smooth stay. Whether lounging by the pool, cooking meals together, or just unwinding in the stylish living spaces, we truly enjoyed every moment here. We had the best time and are so thankful for Joanna saving our weekend after a last minute issue with our previous reservation. Communication was superb, the house was just beautiful and fun! We were in the hot tub a majority of the time but also gathered around the fire pit in the mornings and nights. Played ping pong, brunch out on the table on the turf, and watched movies in the theatre. This house was a destination and a great time for long-term friends and family to gather for quality time together. Highly recommend!
