This place was even better than what we expected (even though the pictures described it perfectly)! Mark was extremely quick with responding to any questions or requests that we had. When I asked our grandkids what part of their vacation to AZ they liked the most, they all responded, "The pool!" All of the amenities were awesome! If we do another family vacation in Phoenix, we will stay here! What an incredible "first family vacation" we had!

Our group of 10 stayed for a long weekend during the fall. The home itself was beautiful and more spacious than the pictures featured. Location was near many shopping/food attractions. The home was clean and fully stocked with more than plenty of toiletries, dishes, and towels/linens. The separate 2bedroom casita (my favorite) gave guests additional privacy and had its own view of the gorgeous backyard. The home sits at the end of a quiet dead end street so you don’t have thru traffic, but the nearby airport can make it slightly noisy during most of the day, especially if you are enjoying the outdoors. Although, air traffic tended to quiet down over the night hours and no sleep was lost. Overall, Mark provided a very warm comfortable stay and all home away from home details were considered. Mark, thanks again for hosting our family and allowing us to connect and create fond memories!

We had our annual guys golf trip to Scottsdale this year and had a blast at Mark's beautiful home. Tucked away in the mountains with awesome views. Great pool, hot tub, chipping area, indoor basketball court. What else could you ask for! Everything was great and we are already talking about going back again next year! The house was great! We loved the big kitchen and outdoor space for cooking in and hanging out. The pool and hot tub were fantastic! The house was clean and modern - so beautiful! The house was in a quiet neighborhood, not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of town, but was very walkable (a little less than 1 mile) to Old Town Scottsdale. It was exactly what we were looking for on our girl's trip! If you're looking for a quiet getaway and don't mind a little walking or driving, this is the perfect house for you!

This residence housed a tennis team of 10 people . The house had plenty of variety of sleeping units /beds/ and flexibility of beds. Located with great proximity to our tournament courts, church, restaurants and grocery stores. Lots of options for playtime:. Ping pong ,swimming, put-put, bags, and lounging . It was affordable for the 5 nights for our group .

Taking care of a tennis team is not an easy task. The pool and backyard were absolute highlights — peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing in the Arizona sunshine. The location was great too, close to restaurants and shops but still quiet and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to checkout. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing stay in Scottsdale!

The Presidio retreat was wonderful for our group. We had a group of 10 for a baseball tournament and the house was definitely big enough for the group of 10, and if we needed any more, there was still more room. The house was fully stocked and in a pretty good location, just a little drive from most of the surrounding area. The pool was big and heated, and the hot tub was great, although it could be a little bigger for the amount of people that stay in the house. The putting green was a great touch and the landscaping in the backyard was amazing with tons of space and not many neighbors around to bother with noise. Check in and check out is very simple and the host does respond pretty quickly to requests. This house would be perfect for big multiple family groups or a big group for golf trips or something similar. We would definitely recommend this place and are going to look into renting it again next year.
