Beautiful home and incredibly well kept landscaping. A very peaceful and private pool and hot tub area with a 7' pool table and small putting green. Lots of bedrooms and no shortage of bathrooms. Location can't be beat. TV in second large bedroom was non-functional and the outdoor TV stopped working after the first night, but other than those minor issues all of the amenities were perfect. Would certainly stay here again on future Scottsdale trips.

Beautiful place, wonderful surroundings, the house offers variety in activities that include putting, swimming in the pool, playing basketball, corhole, and the jacuzzi as well as board games. We enjoyed ourselves because there was something for us all. Thank you Mark. My family and I LOVED YOUR HOUSE ❤️

Joanna’s prompt communication and responsiveness to an unforeseen issue with our originally booked AirBnB, saved our girls trip! She was extremely helpful and we could not have been happier staying at her beautiful home. The amenities were spot on and the home was so clean. It was perfect and I would love to visit again!

Mark and the house were both fantastic. We had a group of 8 guys staying for a golf trip and the house was plenty big enough. We cooked most nights and the kitchen or Outdoor BBQ had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space with the pool and hot tub as well. Mark was great throughout responding to any questions we had promptly. There was an issue with the hot tub we noticed on our first morning, so I messaged him about it and he had someone out to fix it in under 30 mins. I’ve never had a response time like that! I would highly recommend staying at this house, or any of Mark’s properties!

The house was amazing. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The pool was great, very deep, kids will need life jackets. It worked perfect to bring our family together for a relaxing vacation. The kids had so much fun just running around inside and out. The only thing is would add is some cleaning supplies. I would have like to clean the floors during our week stay.

Mark’s home was an absolute home run for the group of us. The home had everything we needed to feel right at home. I really appreciated the clean and accessible kitchen, filled with everything I needed to cook meals for a large number. Many spaces to relax and on the other hand, plenty of amenities to stay busy and have fun. Shortly after checking in, Mark made sure we settled in and was eager to assist with any questions we had. 10/10 and would recommend Mark’s place for any group looking to fully enjoy their stay. Thanks for everything Mark!!

The house was everything that we saw in pictures and much more. Starting off...the views were amazing. Even after staying there for a week, we were still in awe. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed and we made most meals at the house. We had 6 kids under the age 8 and they all had a blast with the basketball hoop and pool. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable for everyone as well. The hosts answered all of our questions and responded immediately on the couple of occassions that we reached out to them with minor questions. We look forward to staying here again for our next trip to Arizona.

Everything was great except for a few small issues. 1. The AC cannot be set under 72 and it did not feel like it was fully blowing into the two bedrooms at end of hallway near garage. Those rooms felt like 76+ and needed multiple box fans (which are provided throughout bedrooms in the house) to be slept in. The rest of the house felt fine. 2. There was a slight smell (like a clogged p-trap?) that would be present for an hour or so after we returned from golfing but it would eventually fade away. We could not figure out where it was coming from or what caused it, though it seemed to be worse near the laundry room or bedroom across from it. Beyond those things, the place was fantastic. The pool gets very deep very quickly so bring flotation devices!

This was unfortunately one of my worst guest experiences ever!!! From the photos my famimy and i were expecting a squeaky clean estate for our weekend stay. We were shocked to find not just the exterio but also the interior of the house covered in dust. There was also a smell of just dirty no air freshners nothing to help the environment. The worst part of everything is since our stay we have what appears to be bed bugs all over us this was truly a terrible stay. For the price i paid this was extremely terrible.
