My family and I had a wonderful time in this stylish and spacious house. The swimming pool was large and refreshing. We also appreciated the recreational activities provided, such as the air-hockey table, the basketball court, and the dartboard. I will definitely return here in the future.

This house was in a great location a short hop to Old Town in Central Scottsdale. The best part of the house was the great pool and hot tub outside. and, despite the temperature being over 100, a covered patio that allowed you to sit outside by the pool. The house was a wide open space with a great kitchen, a pool table and a comfy living room. Really a nice place to spend a few days. Selene and Bill were very accomodating and responsive.

The house was okay. Had everything that was required but could use some updating. Location was good. Hosts responded right away with questions. The cleaning fee is not listed on the additional fees category but rather on house rules. This i feel should have been more transparent. The pool heating fee also not clear and includes use of the hot tub. However, the host did waive the fee once the issue was raised. Overall, not a bad place but not outstanding either.

Good location so you can walk to dinner at nearby restaurants (highly recommend the Indian restaurant across the street), and also get necessities from nearby grocery/drugstores quickly and conveniently. The living room wasn’t very comfy to hang out in, but you’ll be spending time outside or in the kitchen area most of the time anyway. I recommend bringing or getting some pool floaties to really enjoy the beautiful pool. I would definitely stay here again, especially if I had a big group.

This house was SO close to Fashion Square Mall and other popular parts of Scottsdale such as many, many restaurants and Old Town. We could have walked to many places. It Is also a short 15 to 20 minute drive to ASU. So, if you are visiting your Sun Devil, it's the perfect spot. If during your stay you choose to hangout at the house for meals and family visiting, there is plenty of ample space to be together or to retreat for quite time to a comfortable bedroom.

The Good: Nice large house, good layout. Convenient location. Warm pool. (Heated to 84) Fast responses Not so good: House really needs a deep cleaning, quite dusty. One of the bed sheets was clearly dirty. Given that we paid extra for pool heat, it would have been nice if the pool was cleaned and uncovered before we arrived, rather than having to do it ourselves. Prices for optional extra for things like a pack'n'play or high chair, or early check-ins, etc, all seemed a bit high.

The place was great for the 7 of us on a golf trip. It had all the amenities that were portrayed. We paid extra for the heated pool and spa. I would say for future guests going in April that a heated pool might be unnecessary since it was 95° in Scottsdale the entire time. Bill and Selene were easy to reach and communicate with. Overall great stay.

This house was very clean, in a great location walking distance from some amazing restaurants (House Brasserie, Virtu, and Herb Box were some of our favorites). The kitchen was well appointed and the communication from the host was thorough - they are clearly pros. There are two comments we wanted to share as feedback: 1. There seem to be a lot of extra fees. For SURE it was listed but we missed that the cleaning was not included in the original fees, and also there are fees for heating the pool and spa and storing luggage for just two hours before check in will cost you another $75. This is the first time we've experienced so many extras in an AirBnB fee. 2. The renter's guide and instructions are kind of passive aggressive. You'll see what we mean when you get there. Our sense is that they may have had some bad experiences with prior renters but it was an odd note in our stay to read a write up about how we "couldn't possibly understand how expensive it is to maintain a vacation home" and that we "have to understand that perfection isn't attainable." No need to beat up people who aren't complaining in the first place.

This place was more than expected! I grew up in a large Italian family and the 10 brothers got together in Scottsdale for my younger brothers 50th birthday. We came from 3 different countries for our first get together in years and it was an awesome weekend. Place was excellent, open floor plan with a great back yard. We will definitely try to book it again next year!

We stayed at the Downtown Scottsdale house. Enough beds to accommodate our whole group. The yard served as a nice place to relax after a round of golf in the hot Arizona sun. The open concept of the living room, kitchen, outside patio, and game room allowed for our group to be doing different activities while still being together. Selene and her team communicated effectively during check in and check out to ensure we had a successful stay. This house really made our Scottsdale vacation special.

Selene's home was a great place to host my friends during our annual golf trip. The backyard is spacious, private and includes a pool, billiards and mini-putting green--great for golfers to work on their putting game. Be sure to read ALL of the house rules before booking as the cleaning fee is down on the list. Check-in was extremely easy. Selene and Bill responded immediately to our e-mails and text.

We had a fantastic long weekend at Selene's home. The house had all the perfect amenities for a great weekend in Scottsdale. The location is very close to Old Town/Fashion Square. We did walk one day but ended up mostly Uber-ing as its not a very pedestrian friendly walk. We loved that there was enough room at the kitchen table and the outside table for our group to sit around and eat together. Selene and her team were super communicative and we were sad to leave! Hope to come back soon!

House is in a great location convenient to just about anywhere. The owners were easy to work with leading up to the stay. House comfortably fit our party of 9 (4 adults and 5 kids). While disclosed, it’s still odd that only 1 bedroom had a bed that would fit a couple - probably would be a dealbreaker the next time. The pool had no sun lounge chairs like the photos and so that was a big disappointment too. Other than some additional minor and fixable issues our stay was quite enjoyable.
