The house is exactly as advertised - walkable location, lovely property and great amenities. Selene and team were very accommodating - always replied to questions before and during our stay, and even rearranged a couple rooms to accommodate our guests. Well done!!

★★★★★Charter Oak
We had a wonderful stay at The Charter Oak House. Backyard has all the amenities, pool, hot tub, grass, fabulous BBQ area. Nice open concept inside for everyone to spread out, lot's of seating areas. Lots of room for our group of 12 to celebrate Thanksgiving. Kitchen island is a great spot to gather, however it would be nice to have a bit larger dining table for a group of our size. Feels like you have 2 separate wings.

Excellent and quick response from host when we had problems with heating the spa.

Great home in a prime location. Just a tip: Read the rules/description carefully as the cleaning fee and pool/hot tub heat is extra (as was late check-out). Host was super communicative and check-in was a breeze with the door code. No complaints!

This place is great for a getaway with friends. Spacious accommodations, and fun amenities. We enjoyed the pool table and air hockey while hanging around the pool and hot tub in the afternoons following a great hike! Very much as advertised. Not disappointed at all!

This place is awesome! I'd stay there again and again! Super clean, which goes a long way!!! Lots of things to do around the area and at the property. Communication was great when I had questions! Note for those doing a quick book that the cleaning fee comes later and is not included in the listed price.

Rented this property for a 5 day reunion of 7 girlfriends. The property was perfect for our needs. We all were able to have our own beds which were very comfortable. There were plenty of bathrooms and areas to gather. If we had any problems the owners were very easy to reach by phone. The kitchen was pretty well appointed although we did not do much cooking. The backyard pool area was great as well as the hot tub. One great thing about this rental is the location. It is central to most things we wanted to do such as Fashion Square, Old Town, MIM Museum etc. I would definitely recommend this property.

First time using VRB. We were lucky to find this home. Spacious is an understatement. Best backyard ever! Huge and spacious. The home had everything we wanted--and more. Two King suites; two Queens and lots of Twins. Enough room for all my daughter's friends. The home was super clean and updated. The huge dining room table served my daugher and a dozen of her friends. Shopping, restaurants, entertainment, all within minutes by car and Uber. Kids loved the air-hockey and foosball table, as well as the Hot-tub. The owners Rob and Bill, were easy and super-professional. Definitely coming back.

This house is beyond clean which is very important to me. The location is great and the walk to old town is about 20min. We had a car so we also explored the area and took a day trip to the Grand Canyon. The master bedroom and bathroom is huge! Pool and spa are also clean and the backyard is a perfect place to hang out. We had a lovely stay.
