Very well renovated home. Immaculately furnished and appointed. Worked perfectly for two families. Great communal living space and good sized bedrooms. Children loved the games room. Well located in a very peaceful street. We will be back!! Thx Mark.

This is a nice home, just off the 202 freeway in north Scottsdale. It’s quite spacious and has two large master suites. The owners were quite responsive, quickly responded with things we asked for, and provided exactly what we paid for.

This backyard is a Dream! So much space for family and friends to gather, play, and just relax. Beds were super comfy and the lay out of the house allows for large (but not rowdy!) gatherings. You can seat 8-10 at the dining room table and the kitchen is spacious and very well equipped. It is a quiet, nice neighborhood and I hope all guests keep it this way.

The pool & hot tub are AMAZING! We visited in February, and even though it was chilly we loved spending time in the back yard - a real oasis. It was so fun having the pool table and the mini golf too. This is definitely a great layout for a large family or group of friends and the neighborhood was very peaceful. Bill and Selene could not have been nicer or easier to communicate with. Thank you SO much for a fun getaway!!

We had a great stay! Our group had 6 adults and 5 children (ages infant to 3 years) and we were very comfortable. The house was spacious and the backyard was amazing. We enjoyed the pool (it was heated and the temperature was perfect for January swimming). The hot tub was great too. It was very nice that the lawn area was separate from the pool so the kids could play without too much worry that they could fall in. However, you still have to watch young children VERY closely since the pool is not gated and the door knobs inside the house are reachable by children. My 18 month old could open the doors if they were not locked. This is not a complaint, just something to watch for. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Selene’s place is very clean and comes as you’d expect. They’re very quick with responses and helpful when we had questions about check in/check out etc. Proximity to Old Town was awesome and one of the best parts of the trip (about a $5 Uber to get there). Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

The house was just as expected. Very clean and well kept. Plenty of beds and placed for my family to sleep. The hosts were extremely accommodating and very responsive. I usually had an answer with a few minutes of communicating with them. Backyard was great and had plenty to do for my family to entertain themselves with. The pool is heated to 84 degrees, so when we went swimming, it was very warm and nice, especially when it is January and it is only 65-70 degrees outside. Would definitely consider coming back if I go again.

Nice house within walking distance from downtown Scottsdale. Pool and spa were a welcome treat after golf. My only complaint is that everything is an add on cost, including cleaning, heat for the pool, late checkout, and extra towels. Good overall experience and we would come back, knowing to budget extra for these items.

Selene’s place was amazing to stay at. They were quick to respond with any questions I had. The pool table and basketball court were a big hit for us, and the heated pool was so nice and comfortable to swim in during the winter! Would definitely recommend staying here and will be coming back in the future.

The house at Charter Oak was awesome! The kitchen/dining/living area is great for large groups to interact and feel connected. The pool/hot tub is well maintained and the BBQ fired up with ease. I would recommend the rental to anyone with a large group. Thank you again.

Amazing location !! So close to everything. Spa and swimming pool worked great even with the cold weather this week. The heat worked great in both. House is very well equipped with anything we needed all week. Thanks again and highly recommend to anyone.

What a great stay! We booked last minute and Mayra was very accommodating! The home was absolutely beautiful! It was close to shopping and dining. There was so much space to enjoy! 2 separate family room/living areas, pool table and amazing backyard!

Overall house is in a good location, the pool table was great and the hot tub was well used. But, Be aware that the price will go up after you book. We paid an extra $140 to heat the pool (1/2 price) and $250 for cleaning. These are added on once you commit to booking. Would prefer to know all costs upfront which can be done via Airbnb. It seems deceptive but, is notated in the house rules.

Stadium House is a nice pad - great amenities (indoor and outdoor), quiet neighbourhood... easy access to local goodies and the highway. Really, a nice place, but a few honest comments you may want to consider... The lighting in the house is terrible - we actually went out and bought some bulbs to be able to see clearly (some bulbs weren't working, some were different colours, and some were just too dim). The hosts certainly haven't been in there after dark to see what the lighting is like. The bathroom door makes enough noise when opening/closing - guaranteed to wake the whole house up in the middle of the night. Host obv hasn't tried that door OR doesn't care enough to sand the door down. Same with a couple of the bedroom doors. Watch out for stained linens... they claim we put this incredible stain that doesn't wash off. We paid them some $ for it just to stop getting harrassed by them. Other than that - nice place.
