This house was great! Location was perfect, close to Old Town Scottsdale. We spent a lot of time sitting around the in pool table and just hanging out and relaxing. We were surprised to find laundry detergent available so we could wash towels as well as dish soap and other essentials you need but dont necessarily remember to buy. The house was clean and ready for our arrival. We had several questions before our trip and Selene always responded right away. If you're looking for a place close to everything, but also want somewhere to relax, this is a great option!

This house was very well appointed and nicely re-done. It held ten people with no problem. The backyard is the best part! Great pool and lots of space for games. The hosts were very responsive and quick to accommodate! Location is very close fine dining and eating, as well. Great house for large groups!
This place was perfect for 8 guys down for spring training. The pool, hot tub, and pool table were perfect for hanging out at the house. Loved the location. Close to everything you need/want.
Our group of 7 stayed at this home for a week. The house was perfect for us, plenty of space to gather together as a group inside and outside as well as providing privacy. The house is centrally located to the freeway, shops, and restaurants but in a quiet neighborhood. We had a wonderful stay and Rob and Sylvia were very responsive and accomodating during the entire process.
House was awesome and in a great area close to down town Scottsdale. If you rent this house, do yourself and friends a solid and rent the electric bikes right around the corner at Pedago bikes 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
This is a great place, walking distance to all the spots in downtown Scottsdale. There are are lots of electric scooters all over the neighborhood, if you are into that sort of transportation, or there are electric golf cart "cabs" all around that will drive you for tips.
The place was super clean - the pool and hot tub were awesome. The place is really well represented by the photos online. My group was very happy. We had great communication with our host.
NOTE: For some reason the host does not list their $250 cleaning fees as part of the listed Airbnb costs. Also realize the pool/hot tub heating fees are not trivial: $75 per day. Read the House Rules carefully when comparing this property with others for cost.
Place was absolutely perfect! Walking distance to Old town, lots of golf courses and most of all house was in perfect shape. If your gonna stay in Scottsdale and like to golf, eat great food, walk to a spring training game or party in some of the best clubs ever this is the house for you.
This house is a one of a kind. From the entertainment games like pool, air hockey, darts, basketball court all the way to the watching tv it was great. Very clean and up to date. Owners worked so well with us and very convenient when it came to responses. Recommend staying in this specific house.
This is a very comfortable home with all the amenities one would expect in a vacation home. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and close to great dining and entertainment.
Our group on 10 gals were so thankful this lovely house was available after a mansion we rented in Camelback, Paradise Valley cancelled 24 hours before we were all to fly in! The outdoor space, pool table and kitchen worked out well! Thanks for everything Bill!
The home had a good location as promised. Everything was clean. We went on a bad weather week with extreme rain, which caused a leak in the roof. We had to have a pot on the ground for two days. This was inconvenient and hard as we had little ones running around. The owners apologized and gave us a small amount on gift card. The water filter on the fridge was also not working, which they offered to replace. Please be aware that they will charge 250$ for a cleaning fee, and up to 70$ a day for optional pool and spa heating. There is also an extra charge for the pack and play and high chair.
Great place! Everything you see about the place is accurate. We needed an early check in and they were happy to help us out. They are a great host and made the check in and check out process completely painless.
We recently stayed here, and found the location to be very convenient to highways, food, etc. The house itself was nice, and accommodated our group well.
All in all a good spot. Clean house, no real hidden surprises and a decent location. A few minor issues with the hot tub and dishwasher that were not resolved in the timeliest matter, but other that a good house for a large group.
This house is everything you could ask for for a weekend getaway with a group of friends. Perfect location surrounded by plenty to do and lots of food choices. The house is extra nice and super clean. Host is very effective and quick with communication as well.

Know that the $250 cleaning fee isn't built into any cost estimates you see on Airbnb - this cost is in addition to the estimated total cost you see on Airbnb when you're booking (not a big deal but a footnote worth mentioning).
Overall the house booking was very worth it.
Absolutely fantastic home just a few minutes walk from downtown. Perfect house to cook, hang out in. Comfortable beds, lovely pool with sun in the afternoons and overall just fantastic place. Great hosts and communication. I would highly recommend this house to anyone and we certainly hope to get back!!!
This house was perfect! Amazing location, we walked into Old Town Scottsdale! The pool and hot tub were awesome. So much room for gathering around the kitchen table for games or watching tv at night. Quick response with questions and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend for your trip to Scottsdale!
Exactly as advertised. I really liked the proximity of the location to Old Town Scottsdale. It's very reasonable to order Uber or Lyft to head out on a night out or walk to the shops.
Make sure to read the advertised information carefully. There are 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms in the main home, and 1 bedroom and bathroom in the guest/pool house. We were there on a Bachelorette trip with 7 girls and the bride to be didn't like having the girls separated in a different area. We also realized that there is a cleaning fee that is charged after we booked. We didn't account for the cost.
We really enjoyed the heated pool and spa. We had some miscommunication at the beginning in terms of figuring out how to turn the hot tub on, but the host was very quick to resolve that.
Very quick to address issues and respond to inquiries.
Overall, I would recommend this location if you are planning on visiting Scottsdale 😊
This home is wonderful. We stayed here for 5 nights with 11 people, including several children and babies. There were very comfortable beds with plenty of extra blankets (which we needed because of a cold snap in Scottsdale!). Each bedroom has a nice television. There is ample space in the master bedrooms to setup a playpen for a baby.
The bathrooms have lots of bath towels for everyone. They even provided some hospitality toiletries in each bathroom and extra toilet paper. The bathrooms are nice quality and the master bath has a nice shower head.
The living spaces are generous and comfortable with comfortable seating in the living room and fun games in the game area. There are very nice sized televisions in the living areas.
The kitchen has literally everything and more than you need to prepare meals, coffee, drinks, etc. it is truly a fully stocked kitchen. And there’s a large dining table for meals or two large patio sets outside for meals.
Outdoors, the backyard space was perfect. The pool is nice (and deep on one end). There’s a giant hot tub where the family spent a lot of time. The hosts even provided several beach towels for our use. There’s also a basketball court area and a grass area for children to play.
Also, the on-site washing machine and dryer are very nice and handy for extended stays!
Hosts were easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would love to return!
Great location, spa wasn’t turned on at check-in but the hosts were very quick to communicate and great to work with. The only heads up is the pictures show larger beds and they are actually twins put together just to be aware. Pool, hot tub, kitchen and pool table were perfect for our small family.
Good stay. Good location. Closed to Old Town Scottsdale. A lot of restaurants and bars near by. All walking distance. The location of the place is what makes the place great. Pretty quiet neighborhood.
Space was as described in the listing/pictures and was very clean! Plenty of sheets and towels for a large group and house was up to date decor etc. Landlord was quick to respond and gave very clear instructions for check in/out. Would rent again if in the area.
