Amazing home about 20 minutes outside of Scottsdale. Outdoor space was perfect with ping pong, cornhole, spikeball, and pool set up at our arrival. Pool is a great size and 2 tiered which is great for a larger group and different pool personalities. Can't say enough how great the pool was. Home is separated from neighbors so there is plenty of privacy. Plenty of comfortable bedrooms spread over different wings so it was easy for some to be up early and not disturb the rest of the group. Had a question during our stay and the host was immediately responsive. Check in was easy, but most importantly check out was quick and easy with no crazy cleaning requests.

Great place to stay. Super accommodating. Lots of towels and amenities such as pool, pool table, games, tv’s. Overall had a great experience. Would definitely visit. Worth what I paid. Probably even more. Mark was responsive and gave detailed information that we needed. Don’t hesitate booking Mark’s place!!
I usually don’t write reviews but for this airbnb I have to. By far one of the BEST airbnbs I have stayed in. The house was absolutely beautiful. Literally looked exactly like the photos but even better in person. It was so clean! There was so much space. Mark was so responsive whenever I had questions. All my guest enjoyed themselves. I would definitely recommend this place. Nothing but positive vibes!
Mark’s place was great! He was very communicative and even helped me change dates after I already booked and my plans changed. The only thing that let me down was the basketball court and dart board weren’t the same as advertised in the pictures.

House was awesome. Very large and nicely kept. Lots of areas for different groups to hang out. Pool was nice and big. Bring ur own floats because it is deep. Basketball court was fun. Neighborhood was super quiet and not too far from things. Our group loved it.
Kitchen and pantry had plenty for us. Outdoor Grill was difficult to control temperature but not a complaint. Lots of windows so expect house to be a little warm if it’s 108 outside. Cooled down enough in evenings. Use window coverings if sun on that side of house.
Awesome Airbnb. Mark was an extremely gracious host. We had an early flight into Phoenix and he was able to accommodate an early check in which we really appreciated it. The place itself was really clean and it had so many things to do that we were never bored when we stayed at the house. Also the beds were extremely comfortable and having 3 full bathrooms for our large group was perfect and made getting ready efficient. Whenever we needed something I would call Mark would answer and was able to provide an answer right away. I would definitely book again.
The house was like that in the description. The area was quiet and peaceful. The host was not as quick with responding in the beginning of booking but did respond quickly during our stay. The house was overall clean. Some ants in bathroom shower of pool house, but otherwise everything was clean and up to par.
My wife and I felt right at home in this spacious property in N Scottsdale when visiting the area for a week in July '23. The text and photos of the listing perfectly represented the property. Joanna's instructions were clear, timely, and easy to follow. She additionally went out of her way to answer questions and make sure special needs were met for the stay. Most important, she and the property dealt well with adversity. During our stay, the Phoenix area suffered through extreme high temperatures and we experienced a severe seasonal storm, with high winds that downed tree branches and damaged the patio furniture. The property's two central air conditioners commendably kept interior temperatures at or below normal room temperature for the week, and Joanna responded quickly to send someone to survey and address the storm damage. We very much appreciated the friendly, professional care and would not hesitate to return to this or another of her homes.
Marks place was great! Location was good and pool area was nice. Pool table wasn’t how it looked in the photos. More of a kids table. Communication was generic and questions I had prior to check in were not answered.
Mark was amazing and very responsive to all of our needs. He went above and beyond every time and definitely believes in doing the right thing. No complaints at all.

Everything about my stay was perfect. The property managers were very responsive to any questions or needs I had. I would definitely come back. It’s location was ideal. I’m just looking for a reason to return to Scottsdale so I can stay in this lovely home.
Went down for a golf trip, couldn’t have been a better location between the golf courses and the bars for after golf. Pool and patio were great for cooling off and hanging out while we grilled up some burgers.

We loved mark place! Its very spacious, beautiful restrooms and the backyard is just wow. I’m a plant lover and mark has done a beautiful job with his backyard. The pool it’s amazing and the trees provides amazing shade which is much needed in the Arizona heat. Lots to do in and out the house. We will be back. My favorite Airbnb so far in Phoenix.

This place was perfect. The pool was an amazing temp and crystal clear and everything inside was spotless. The location made it easy for us to get food/drink at a moments notice and the host was extremely responsive. We have zero complaints.
Great location, big home along with beautiful views - while it’s peaceful and located in a private area we still had easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and family friendly hiking trails. My kids loved and enjoyed their week at Mark’s place.
For anyone looking for a airbnb, I highly recommend this one. My group and I stayed there and had an absolute great time. They were flexible with having an earlier check in. The cleanliness of the Airbnb was above standards. My group and I, noticed the entire house was clean and made our stay that much better. The amenities were amazing. Pool table, jacuzzi and a pool. The pool has a built in bar table top under shade which was amazing place to hang out during the day.
Next time I visit the area, I will be looking to see if this Airbnb is Available. I encourage everyone searching for an Airbnb, to highly consider this location. You will not be disappointed.

We had a great stay overall. very comfortable, clean and spacious house. lots of bathrooms. pool was great and got some shade towards the evening hours. lots of places to shop and eat close by. the only thing that could be better is the stand alone AC unit in the master bedroom. it was not blowing enough cold air. Also, the basketball hoop is broken. other than that, it is well worth the money.
Never a boring moment. Old Scottdale is nearby, and so are many of the best restaurants. The home was fully air conditioned and helped us revitalize from the Arizona heat. Massive kitchen with living area, pool table, large bedrooms, washrooms are spacious and plenty of hot water. There was always something to do and the swimming pool was the best part.

Marks place was absolutely beautiful we always do airbnb’s wen on vacation this has bn the best one. The hse itself is simply beautiful & it’s well equipped wit everything u nd. Mark was very nice & responded asap to any questions we had we had a late flight & he let us hv a late checkout until it was time for the cleaning crew to arrive U won’t b disappointed about anything wit this house we can’t wait to come bk & stay again
Beautiful home, well located downtown! This home is well worth booking from the comfortable beds to the amenities provided at the home. Mark supplied shampoo, conditioner, body wash, an amplitude of towels and all the spices you could hope for. The home is exactly as pictured and perfect for a getaway in Phoenix. Mark was very responsive with messaging and even answered me after I had checked out enquiring about the type of mattress in the master. The only downside for me personally was the flooring of the pool. It was quite abrasive so it left our feet worse for wear. In the grand scheme though, it was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise wonderful stay. Definitely recommend booking Mark’s place!
The house was perfect for our large family gathering of 13. There was plenty of space for everyone and, with all the house amenities, plenty to do. The house was clean, private and well supplied with standard pantry and kitchen items. We all agreed that this was the best house our family has vacationed at.

This is absolutely one of the best Abnb's in Phoenix. Lots of open spaces, with a perfect amount of privacy. We stayed for a week, for work, and it was amazing. The neighborhood is pristine, and EVERYTHING is within walking distance. The backyard is awesome. The pool, hot tub, pool table, patio, basketball court, and BBQ were all tested extensively, and exceeded all our expectations.
We travel a lot, and I highly recommend this place. My crew absolutely loved everything about the house and location, while the home office was very happy with the price.
Mark’s place was great for our bachelorette. It was very close to all of the restaurants and bars which made walking and taking Ubers very easy! The house was well laid out and was very spacious. The pool and bbq were also a great addition! Would definitely recommend this for a family or group looking to relax.
Joanna’s place was great! Very big, spacious, plenty of room for my guests and nearby all Scottsdale restaurants/activities. It made for quick and cheap rides! Beautiful kitchen and fancy bathrooms were a plus. Only downside maybe is, I would’ve loved the option to check-in early, even if a fee was associated with it.
