A few nights pre-conference with my work colleagues, place was as described and was a great option for nearby Scottsdale. The location is within walking distance of some restaurants but mostly you need a car.

My group of 15 had a great time at this beautiful home. It felt private but is close to anything you need (we opted for grocery and food delivery but it's easy to get to whatever you're looking for). The area is very quiet and relaxing to be in. The house has plenty of room for group connection and activity but is also laid out in a way that it's easy to have your own space. We loved the pool and the outdoor area as well. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The house is huge and gorgeous. The kitchen was my favorite, with a huge fridge, huge counter, huge sink, cool microwave, etc. The jacuzzi is big and very nice. The rooms are big and nice as well; the master room is huge and I love the bathroom, absolutely gorgeous with a nice tub (fills up a bit slow so make sure to start filling it early). The house also smelled pretty good and was clean. It also has a nice laundry room with a sink which is pretty cool. It was so hot in AZ but the house kept us cool with AC and ceiling fans everywhere. Would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful home and just what we were looking for, for our visit to the area. The home was exactly as described, very clean and incredibly comfortable. The heated pool and hot tub were the main reason we chose the house and they were the perfect temperature for the early October weather. Joanna communicated clearly and promptly. We will definitely stay again, next time we are out for a visit.

We had a great experience at Mark’s place. It slept 8 grown men very comfortably. Nice safe neighborhood. Huge backyard. Nice, modern, and clean house.

Perfect stay for a friends getaway in Scottsdale! The house and grounds were beautiful and the pool was extremely clean and warm! We were able to enjoy sun all day. It was so close to shops, restaurants, and Camelback for a hike! I’ve already shared the listing with family for a return visit.

Mark's place was perfect for our group. The four bedrooms gave us each our own space while the common areas were huge to allow us to congregate. We enjoyed all of the outdoor activities that the house had. We'd definitely be back!!

While the location of the home is convenient, the listing did not disclose that one of the bedrooms and bathrooms was located in a casita in the backyard, not part of the main house. This was not clear from The photos either. We would have booked another property had we known that prior.

Great house, our group felt very comfortable there. The location was amazing so convenient to old town. I didn’t realize one bedroom was a separate casita, but it was lovely! I would totally stay here again!

Such a beautiful home. If you want a backyard oasis, this is a perfect spot. The home is spotless, spacious and very comfortable. Incredibly easy to find and check in.

Absolutely perfect stay! Home is stunning inside, but wow the outdoor area stole the show. Swimming pool had constant sun and shade due to its design, could easily relax in the pool and watch a game, and the lot offers tons of privacy. I could go on and on, no way you will be disappointed with this property, and we will definitely return!

We had a great sibling’s reunion at Joanna’s beautiful Airbnb. The heated pool and tub made a wonderful and relaxing place. While the superbly clean 5 room home gave relaxing and peaceful vibes. Can’t complain about the spacious kitchen and dining room setup either.

We had our annual golf trip to Scottsdale this year and stayed here. The house was well kept and had all the accommodations. The pool is simple but nice and has a 10ft deep end! The AC works well but I believe their is a setting restriction that does not allow you to set the AC lower than 72 degrees. The home has an overall great and easily navigated layout. The community is serene. The downstairs needs a remodel but the rest of the house is very modern. Everything worked well except the steam shower. Overall a very comfortable and tranquil home.

This was such a beautiful home. It was super clean, spacious, and the views were unreal. Highly recommend this place!!

You can tell it was a company-owned home because of the formality and lack of personalized communication. The negatives were the basketball court is not as nice as advertised, and almost everything you asked for came with an extra fee. But all in all, a great place for a bachelor party and a fun place to spend a long weekend

Have just had the best stay here - house is spotless, modern and immaculate throughout. The appliances were high quality, and everything beat our expectations. The house is spacious and airy, the beds are comfortable and have pristine linen. The pool area is simple, clean and in great condition. A few minutes walk through a safe neighbourhood to lots of good restaurants and supermarkets. This truly is an exceptional place, and we will definitely stay here again.

This home is large, beautiful and was equipped with everything we needed during our visit to Scottsdale. The pool was the highlight of our stay as well as the beautiful kitchen! We even spend a couple of nights watching movies in the theatre. The host, Mark was available to answer any questions and help us with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend.

Overall, I had an amazing time in this home. The home was clean and as described in the post. Mark was a great host, very informative, understanding, and proactive. The pool was smaller than expected, but we still enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants to be in Scottsdale.

This was by far the best property we’ve stayed at!! We will definitely be back! It was everything we needed and more….and the pool 😍 The kitchen had everything from roasters and crockpots to quality pots and pans and a Ninja blender. It was super convenient that every room was an en-suite and the theater room was a nice addition for our kids.
