Having its own pool and pool table was awesome. Easy to walk to lounges, restaurants and the Camelback hike. The casita was nice too so some people could have more privacy. For a larger party size, this place was outstanding.

Very nice place for a group of guys in for the final four. Slept everyone comfortably and had nice space and yard for relaxing. Central to a lot of Phoenix area activities.

Great hosts, we had a change in our arrival and they were very accommodating, we also needed to extend stay one day again they were great! Pool, hot tub, green space and plenty of room in kitchen for us to have dinners with our team at night. I would love to book it again next year - perfect location, nice neighbors. Very grateful for them sharing their beautiful home for us.

Great place. Spacious and beautiful backyard. Location is great because it's literally around the corner from most stores and restaurants, and still only 15 minutes from old town Scottsdale. Would stay again!

Mark’s house was wonderful. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Outside area is lovely. Pool, hot tub and games room gave our 5 kids lots to do. It was a fantastically comfortable base from where to explore Scottsdale and Arizona.

If rating on this place is 5 stars I rate the home 10 stars…. This was the most beautiful house I stated in since visiting Arizona. You will not be disappointed there is so much to do in the home and not to mention the pool area omg…. This house again has everything you need…. My husband said that he is staying in this house each time we visit AZ…..

We had a nice relaxing stay and spent a lot of our time enjoying the backyard and pool area. The place easily accommodated our group of 8 and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves when we didn't want to go to a restaurant. Mark (the owner) was quick to respond to questions and small issues we had (TV, Fridge water/ice dispenser, pool cleaner). Only real downside I can think of was not being able to get an earlier check-in or later checkout - 4pm and 10am are pretty late and early - so we had to kill time coming and going that we would have preferred to spend relaxing at the house. But overall, I recommend it!

Mark's place was wonderful. Backyard oasis was great - kids were constantly outside in the pool, hot tub or playing basketball or in the yard. Waterslide feature in pool was cool. The house was very clean and a nice layout for our two families. Mark was very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Had a great stay at Mark’s place. He was a terrific host. Very communicative. This is one of my favourite areas of the valley, central to lots of things with lots of walkable services. The backyard was perfect for our group as well. There were 9 of us and it was a perfect space.

Great place. Easy access to everything in Scottsdale — Scottsdale Stadium, restaurants, grocery stores, Old Town, shopping, etc. Pool was heated (rare to find that included as part of the fees) and backyard was comfortable to hangout in.

Having all the bedrooms and beds for 8-70 year old guys was fabulous. Plenty of appliances, pots and pans, dishes etc for our cooking needs. Plenty of of towels. All the beds were great. The pool was always clean and warm. I personally spent 1-2 hours in the pool every day. All the instructions were clear so we never had to question what was the right or wrong thing to do. Thank you

Overall great property and location the grounds themselves are awesome nice big pool 10ft deep! The only issue is that its an older house and needs a few repairs possibly the master bathroom ended up leaking the first time we used it and maybe a stronger water heater to accommodate all the bathrooms being used. Other than that great place hosts were nice as well

We stayed at Mark's for a little reunion of college friends. It was the perfect home for eight women who just wanted a clean, comfortable place with a great pool and hot tub. There was plenty of space for everyone. We loved the large dining table and comfortable living room. But our favorite aspect of the house was the walkability - just a 10-15 minute stroll to great shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have the pool table, bbq and fire pit for the evening. The home is great and easily accommodates larger families. Everyone has space. The kitchen was nicely equipped with everything you could imagine including extras. Thank you for having us. Great location too. Nice community and walking distance to the mall amenities and restaurants. We had an incredible meal at ocean44. We’d certainly recommend staying at Mark’s place.
